If anyone go this place, make sure take all the photos first. Cuz he said my blade is broken, I Brought it just 2year and i am sure the blade is like new, unfortunately I didn’t take pictures.

I was a little surprised to see a 3 star review of this business. I have used their service to tune up my mower for the last three years and they have been nothing but polite and professional. I am heading there today to drop the mower off for this year. Great business.

Never come to this place!I am so surprised to see even one positive comment below here.Here is my personal experience deal with this place.I purchased my Mower from EGO on 2017. Recently when I was trying to use it, the engine won’s start. So, I called the EGO customer service and they told me I have 5-year warranty and they give me this place to fix it.Then I drop off my mower here, left my receipt and case number from EGO.Before I driving away, Mr.Singhera came and told me my mower is well functioned, cause he started the engine without any problem. Most likely due to some grass inside block the engine from start and when I deliver it, the grass dropped and the mower recovered itself.I was surprised, and I thought I can just bring it back as it does not require any repairment.But! Here comes the story!Mr. Singhera told me I need to pay 45 dollars. And bring my original battery and charger. He told me my battery wasn’t original. I was confused because I am here to repair my machine, does it matter which battery I use?Then I left and came the other day morning.I told Mr.Singhera I don’t have any original battery and I contacted EGO, they said I don’t need to pay cause I have a warranty.Then Mr.Singhera start to get angry, he told me I must pay him 45 dollars cause my machine is well functioned and he can’t get money from EGO.And I ask why, what is these 45 dollars for? He said he cleaned my machine, it is for cleaning. And clearly, he lied. As my mower looks exactly the same with some of grass residual, didn’t showed any sign of cleaning. And he said he cleaned the engine! But how he be able to clean the engine without open the cover? As the screws on my mower still covered by thick dust, clearly never be opened. Another lie.And for those who is planning to purchase a mower here, the message below would be worth notifying.According to Mr.Singhera’s “law”, any unclaimed units will be sold after 30 days. We can see it is written clearly on the right top of the invoice. Which means the mower he is selling, possibly, does not belong to him. And if you don’t pay the money, 2% interest will be charged per month. What kind of place it is?Never come to this place!

Bob gets the job done. He does excellent work for a great price. Never had a bad experience. Will always come back when I need work done.

Hello People,I don't not do reviews because everyone has their opinion in return to your behavior .I was guided to this place by Honda as their west coast service provider. I have a very reputable business that deals with billion dollar fortune 500 companies. By now you know that they expect the highest quality service regardless of cost.When I met the gentleman for the first time he was curt and on point. Easily mistaken as rude by people with infereoty complex.Gentleman explained to me what the issue was, yes it took a longer than usual to get the equipment back. Busy and perfectionist should be expected. I have over Twenty thousand dollars of equipment that he has taken care off yes it is a little more expensive than others because he doesn't use aftermarket copies that you can buy through the back channels.I am glad to have found this place which helps me keep up my high quality services and the results. If you don't like the place I suggest yo find a cheap incompetent place which have a lot of in Richmond, be on your way and stop beaking off. PLEASE DON'T CHEAPEN YOURSELF IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT QUALITY IS. With love and experience I thank you for your attention .Proudly Canadian.

I have been going there for about two years now, been there about 10 times, i do maintenance for a strata, i deal with pressure washer and pumps. So far i believe him to be honest and helpful.I have been working with public for a long time and all i can say ispeople can be very difficult sometimes they try to accuse other of what they are, I have dealt with many place to get pump fix as i fix them as well, but i just don't always have time to do so, I am looking after 22 pumps that run 24/7 and so far the turn around on my repairs have been reasonable and appropriate, I like Bob he is a direct straight to the point and i have no problem with this.

Was looking for help with my spark-plug on an old lawnmower.Called the the guy who answered the phone and he had no time for me because he assumed it was not worth his time. He was short and abrupt.Just a heads up sir that I would have paid for your time and if you took a minute with me would have been a great new customer as I am just looking to purchase a ride on lawnmower and repair my old lawnmower. Your loss… you are so close to my hime but I certainly won't use you or recommend your company.

He did not fix the issue. Now I see why their are many negative reviews. Felt he simply wanted to take your money and be done with you. Recommend going elsewhere for better service and getting your machine fixed. Not impressed and would not be taking anymore of my business to him. Stay away.

Excellent experience every time I have came here with something urgent.Bob is extremely experienced and will likely be able to help you out with whatever you need... Very rare to find someone like that these days.
