My husband and I had Karen sell our house when we were posted out of Ottawa. Lindsey, the Home Transformation Manager, lived up to her job title and transformed our house so it was ready to hit the market. Since it was a military move, we were facing time constraints, and Karen worked diligently to ensure that our house sold quickly, but that we also got top dollar. Karen was very honest, fair, and understanding of our situation, and she was in constant communication with us. We recently listed our home with Karen. We are veteran buyers/sellers having moved 6 times. Without a doubt, this has been our best realtor experience. Prior to listing, she brings in a designer (not a stager), has a home inspection done, brings over boxes to help pack, and actually packed items for us, she even tallied our household bills. Likewise, her team was excellent, always courteous and pleasant communications. There was never any pressure from Karen; we always felt that she was after the best deal for us, not a quick sale. Our home went in multiple offers. What could have been a tense experience was mitigated by her calm demeanour in negotiating the deal seamlessly late into the night on a weekend.
