I wish i had negative stars for the bald lady with glasses. She has a big mouth and talks nonsense. She is so disrespectful,arrogant and racist. Discriminates alot between white, brown and black.Ain’t going back and won’t let my friends go.Just because of that lady.

The gentleman that worked the paint counter gave me over the phone price for car paint with the required car code, but when I got in the store he gave me higher price, probably because I was looking unexperienced novice. He was unfriendly and kind of looking upset. I guess I'll never again enter this store and I really hope people like those individuals never to find any job where they randomly are giving prices based how much they like to rip off their customers. In this store there is no single price tag posted on the store items. It is quite obvious why.Just letting you know, you won this review for 20$, hope it was worthy. +TAX

Dynamite prices and great staff. Been using this place for a little while. Always have what I need. If not they can get it quickly. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need car parts. Never had any issues. Will continue to get parts from this place until they close. Keep up the good work staff at Cawthra Automotive.

I came here to color match a paint for my car. They did a great job, but they have HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The customer service is so horrible, they make you not want to come back. I've been here a few times, but for the future I won't be returning here, because of the poor customer service. Its not a shock that they have so many poor Customer Service comments.
