Montreal Therapy Centre is celebrating a milestone anniversary and I wanted to express my appreciation for the many competent therapists and staff I've had occasion to refer my clients and friends to. They have such a great team filled with therapists using different therapeutic approaches, working in many languages to meet the needs of all ages and types of clientele. Highly recommend them and thank you to the team for their collaboration over many years!

It's not easy to ask for help sometimes, but when I was having trouble at work due to COVID related stress, the MTC found me a therapist that fit perfectly. I want to thank the staff that handled my request, and for the excellent therapist.

Love this team, got placed relatively quick (within like two months I think?) and have been super happy with my therapist! The sliding scale price is super reasonable also, which is good because otherwise I literally would not be in therapy! Highly recommend going through them!

After sending my private documentation by email (taxes and monthly statement) to see if I was admissible for help. They replied by email that I was admissible for therapy and let me know that they have between 4 to 12 weeks delay. Today After 4 weeks of waiting, I just received an email from Christina Koufoudakis. She is now referring me (sending me an email link) to l'ordre des psychologues du Québec for help. Advising me that they do not have the required availability to help me. Clearly the Montreal Therapy Center are not here for therapy, they are here to fill out their own pockets. MAKE NO MISTAKE. Do not send your personal information by email. They are disorganized, Montreal Therapy Centre is a front and they are on their last leg. I will go back online and find guidance from people who have their hearts at the right place.

I'm sure there are many competent therapists in Montreal, but I was extremely fortunate to get connected recently with a therapist that I clicked really well with! The entire process of meeting a therapist was easy and quick. The online application process was smooth, and the delay to meet a therapist, 4 weeks in my case, was pretty good based on the longer wait times I was met with elsewhere. It seems like a really efficient operation from start to finish, and the location in NDG is perfect for me. 5 stars!
