I find this place very high priced. I have actually seen a couple of items priced the same as the new on sale price at local stores. I would like a breakdown of how the profits are shared between Hospice and whoever owns the store. People who are really poor can’t afford to shop there. I prefer my donations to be sold at reduced prices so someone who really needs them can afford them.

Absolutely terrible experience.It would make sense if you have a parking lot with specific rules and regulations…. To have SIGNS anywhere stating those rules.But instead you do not have a SINGLE sign in your lot with any parking rules and you locked my car without any way of getting it out.If there had been ONE sign, I wouldn’t have parked there…. But I had no idea because there was NO signs.Ridiculous.

I am a volunteer at the Charity Shoppe and am impressed with the extra effort being to ensuring the items offered for sale are clean and in good condition. The service to the customer is paramount and there is a great deal available for everyone. Prices are very reasonable and significant effort goes into researching items to ensure appropriate pricing.Kudos to management and staff at the Shoppe for all their efforts.

If I could put 0 stars, I would have. This store is an absolute scam and a disgrace to the South Delta community. The volunteers are kind but personally I wouldn't feel right helping this store. It's just not ok.... to receive donations from the community and sell the items they receive for ridiculous prices. Most items at this store are priced the same as you'd buy the item new, if not double the price. Its disgusting. I get that the money goes towards a good cause, but the greed is excessive and ugly.

It is NOT a CHARITY shop. It is a money making business from the items that are donated. How can COMMUNITY locally get benefit from such overly priced items, I fail to understand. I could not buy or find a single item priced rightly. It is a scam. They are not helping community they are making money from the very community THAT IS DONATING ITEMS. Shocking!!! We have been there a dozen times, hoping to find something the new settlers in the area will find useful and priced rightly....NONE! A single tea cup $ 2/, a rocking chair priced over $ 300/....on and on...
