Decided to go out for a quick bite to eat at Popeye's. Generally we love going here and enjoy the food. We did end up having to wait but when we did get our food it was hot and delicious.staff even apologized for the wait and offered us complementary apple pies. I guess all I can say it was worth the wait!! Thanks

I often come to this location to order the family pack, but when I visited today, the staff who took my order didn't know anything about the menu. I tried to order the family (10 pcs with side menu) pack several times, but she just muttered and said it was not available for me to order it with an annoyed expression, even though there was a poster on the store window and wall!However, she just kept saying it was not available. I thought there might be a problem, so I gave up on ordering the family pack and tried to order just a 12-piece chicken, but another staff came out to help me order.While waiting for the food, my feeling was too bad. After that when I got home and opened the package, I found that the side dishes I ordered was missing.Even worse, the chicken was soggy and had a bitter taste. I'm not a person who leaves reviews often, but I'm so upset that I'm taking the time to write this. The staff was very rude and unable to perform their duties. I will never, ever come to this location again!!!

Absolutely disgusting, soggy chicken, fries are not crispy, biscuits undercooked. Very dirty inside very very dirty actually. Everything is sticky food and chicken bones everywhere. And not to mention the staffs atitude is beyond miserable, this place definitely needs new staff that actually care about the place and quality of food. I’ll never be back to this disgrace. Complete joke

If your store is closed and your drive-through is closed, why is your menu board all lit up like you’re ready to take an order. People just pull up the menu board and sit there and wait until they figure out that you’re actually closed. Turn your menu board off how annoying.

Staff said the chicken would take about 7 minutes to finish cooking, but it actually took 17 minutes. And when the chicken arrived, had asked for all mild flavour, but several of them were spicy. Staff did not appear attentive, and no ketchup or napkins were given. Several others were waiting for quite a while for their orders in this restaurant.This place was good when it first opened, but if this is how it operates going forward, I won't be back.

When you go to fast food, you expect your food get ready less than 1min. They guy told us wait 3min for your order. After 8 min he opened the window and told us to wait. For one order we had to wait almost 20min. Time is gold, and you guys waste ppl's time. Your store doesn't even deserve one star.

This is our local Popeyes joint that we like visiting on a semi-regular basis, once or twice a week?They always take care of their customers and I appreciate the fact that these folks took care of us in this manner because it shows a level of customer service. These are the types of establishments we should be providing support for and attending on a regular basis.If you have a hankering for some chicken head on over to this location. They will take care of you and do it with a smile.
