Bob arrived on time. He stated that the bulkhead had some life left in it and did not force a replacement on me. This is how it should be, he offered suggestions on removing the rust and painting it or he said Ace could do it for me. I think I’ll tackle it myself but replacing it was not yet required. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. I did ask for a quote to sand and paint it.

I had a closet door hardware refresh project for 40+ year old bi-fold doors. Mike understood what I wanted to do, located the needed materials, and performed the project exactly as I wanted using his best judgement to streamline and improve the ease of use of the doors. Very pleased with the job!

We had water damage under the kitchen sink from a leak that we didn't see for awhile. Thus the cabinet floor was destroyed. The handyman conferred with us about what we wanted, then quickly pulled the old cabinet floor out, measured, went to get some plywood, and replaced it. He then painted it. He also repaired a large crack on a living room wall, which we will have painted at some time. He did a good amount of work in a short amount of time. Finished in an afternoon.. We were happy with this service.

I can tell from My experience that it all starts from the person in the office. Janice in the office is awesome. She is always Communicating when materials come in so she can set up the job. To get someone out there and install or repair the job. I also have to give Dan hands up for everything he has done. They are always on time and the job gets done right.

Picture hanging. They hung 3 very large paintings, 1 large framed mirror and one large framed textile. They did a nice job, not on the cheap but I believe for a fair price. Very pleasant to deal with and accommodating to my requests as to how the work should be done.

Luke was fantastic. Arrived on time, covered scope in detail, picked up necessary materials to stain balcony railings, regrout certain portions of our bathroom and general areas, fixed a few set screws giving us issues, and overall was extremely professional and left the place spotless. Very impressed and will use the service again.

This is my third time using Ace. The craftsmen have been knowledgeable and professional. Dan, who was out here today, persisted in fixing a vanity door that probably was pass its prime. I appreciated his efforts. I recommend the company and know I will have work done by them again.
