I was asked to order flooring for a friend and Marzena at Global Alliance in Toronto was so amazing to deal with. She not only provided the most competitive hardwood pricing, they also include shipping which saves several hundreds of dollars. The order, delivery and follow through were all top notch. In a time where customer service seems to be in jeopardy with some too busy to return your request and others not interested in their jobs at all, Marzena proved that working through a pandemic doesn't have to slow you down! I highly recommend GLOBAL ALLIANCE flooring. You cannot get a better price for the quality of flooring, trims, and baseboards they have in stock. Their customer service was top notch. Free delivery was an added bonus and all of their staff are a pleasant to deal with. I personally dealt with MARZENA in the Toronto location and she is second to NONE!! Thank you. We love our new floors!!

So happy with our new floors. The estimate was done quickly, the job was booked easily, and the installer completed the job in only 3 days (almost 500 sq ft of laminate, including removal and disposal of the original flooring.) Very expressed with the work from start to finish!

The online shopping experience was exceptionally seamless. I ordered less than I needed and when I called to rectify the situation the staff was amazing to deal with. They even offered to put off the delivery until closer to the date that it is actually needed. And Global Alliance is one of the very few companies that will deliver flooring without exorbitant additional cost.

Used Global Alliance to install flooring (glue down) in my basement office for working from home. The person I dealt with to arrange the installation was awesome. He made the process easy, the installation was fast and professional and the worker cleaned up after himself. I am really happy with the work that was completed and it will be a pleasure to set up my office now. I've included a picture so you can see how good it looks! I would definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience here, they are very knowledgeable and friendly family run business. I was looking for some flooring to put in my unfinished basement and they showed me this flooring. At first I was skeptical but after I installed it, it turned out great! Immediately made the room feel bigger and brighter. Kudos to them for being able to pick flooring just by me telling them on where I was putting it and no pictures to show them. I learned about Global Alliance through a friend when we were looking to renovate our home in Vaughan. I was pleased to find that they are a one stop shop when it comes to construction and renovations. They offer everything from flooring to kitchen cabinets and sinks, as well as stairs and railings, and so on. They're prices are competitive with the market but their friendly and efficient service is what convinced us to shop here. We are very satisfied with the work that was done and we will be recommending Global Alliance to anyone looking to renovate their home.
