Corey and his team provided a quality service and conducted their work with professionalism.I had contacted several companies to fix an issue with water infiltration in my basement, and only Corey properly identified the issue from the start. All the competitors completely misdiagnosed the problem and would have implemented band-aide solutions to a much more serious problem. I called for help on a small foundation problem. Someone said they would come in the afternoon. Late afternoon after no one showing up I called again, the guy had completely forgotten about me and said he would come at 6PM. I waited and no one showed up. I called again and it only went straight to voicemail. Do not waste your time with this shop!

This company will haggle whit you mid job and deliver you a subpar product. We ask them to give uss what we ask for at the end and they intimidate for 5000k extra and dint finish ther work. We are still to this day finishing ther work at great expence .

Corey and his team waterproofed our basement and installed new weeping tile. We were very impressed by their knowledge and work ethic. They were also very nice and Corey always took the time to explain everything to us and included us in the planning of the project. Corey was also very response to communication via email and phone. The only hiccup for us was uncertainty around the start date, which made us a little stressed, but it was worth it in the end for the great work they did. We definitely recommend Pro-Core.

I hired ProCore to solve a flooding problem I had been having for years. Every spring water would flood our basement. For a competitive price, Corey jack hammered an outdoor dugout emanating from our basement and filled it with crushed stone (to absorb runoff water in the spring, rather than enter our house). Our dugout is underneath a very large deck, so it was very difficult to access. Nevertheless he did a great job in only two days. I thought it would have taken much longer to do. He and his staff are very courteous and never bothered me once during their work here. It took some reminding to get a quote and a start date, but well worth the wait to get a job done well and quickly. Highly recommend ProCore.
