Office staff is very professional. Very well rounded service company. Response time is efficient, and technicians do a very good job of explaining how equipment works, and the issues currently present. Highly recommend!

I called Next Gen to see if they could service my boiler. The girl answered the phone was very friendly and put me in touch with the service guy. I talk to him and he came out and repaired. The boiler was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Service was great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My furnace broken down and I called Nexgen, and they sent a technician same day who came, investigated, got the parts and fixed it. This saved me from freezing. So grateful for their promptness and professionalism.

We had NexGen come and fix out air conditioning unit last summer in July. The tech claimed he found a leak and fixed the leak refilled it and recharged it. However the tech also told my husband that he didn't have the right tools with him that day to check for leaks but he was sure he had found the leak and fixed it. By August not even 2 months later the problem was back. We called NexGen and the owner told us TOO BAD.

Service is A1. These folks stand behind their work 100%. Firm replaced senor on water heater for in floor heat. When I turned it on in Nov 1, it worked for an hour. After phoning their office - discussing the problem they had their boss ( part-owner) call me to discuss. He discussed the problem and provided rational explanation for failure. He offered a full refund (if that is what I wanted) and suggested they would come and fix the problem to my satisfaction. The same day - they sent one of their tech. guys. Sensor was not the problem - Tanner fixed the problem and explained what I should do in future if problem re-occurs. He also suggested I phone at any time that I cannot solve any heating problem. Would recommend this firm service to any and all customers that want quality service that the firm stands behind!

Untrained people (i would not use the word technicians) working, diagnosis was completely wrong and yet was getting charged for 1.5hrs of time including part for which the price was not discolsed. Had to talk to the Accounting or Customer Service to get the extra .5hrs off. As the guy really did was, open the furnace, tightened the screws, talked to someone on the phone and later went out to get a part. Really avoided burning a hole in the pocket. Really pathetic customer service/Accounting manager, who had the nerve of saying We will not serve you for future issues!!!"I guess you are not getting any future business or referrals from my side."

Our experience with NexGen was excellent! They came to help us out quickly, the tech was knowledgeable and professional and completed the job in a timely fashion.

Had a couple plumbing problems. They came quickly, explained everything they did. Cleaned up all mess Pleasant courteous employees.

I have called Next Gen Mechanical Inc for repairs on my home multiple times over the past few months and every time I am impressed by their quick, professional service and high-quality workmanship.

Do not use this company. Most horrifying experience ever !!!Called and spoke with manager Greg". NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!Had spoken earlier about a failed valve that had been installed by them.and they were to come fix it at a later date. Today I spoke again with him. He spoke to me like I was a dog. Very belittling . Had no intention of helping other than to exert his power. Beware before you use this company. Seriously ."
