Equipments are well kept, but only if you're there for treadmill and weights. As a swimmer, I appreciate the indoor pool with ionized water, but unfortunately there is are no swimming gear, which is not very fair if you pay the same monthly fee as anyone else. Nice facility and friendly staff.

Stay away from Peroneal training sessions contracts, as its impossible to cancel after the terms the new manager ARDENN never come to the phone, its impossible to get hold of him to stop charging my credit card, I try to call him 6 times every time he is with client or having lunch left message never called back

poorly runner gym. myson has been denied entry multiple times by mickayla the manager on duty. She is totally unprofessional and threatened us that she was going to call a non emergency line so the cops would come and escort us out if we didn’t leave the premises. Totally Unbelievable, we felt racially targeted she did not give us a valid reason as to why he couldn’t come in. she kept asking was for an ID when he was the holder of the account and I pay his membership monthly and this is the treatment him and I get. Will be contacting management about this lady. If you want to enjoy your time at a gym use the one down dixie and Dundas. Terrible experience down here

Used to be a good gym. Way too many obnoxious PT sales tables with fake markups in them. More machines out of service then I've ever seen at this gym. There already isn't a lot of equipment available here, not a lot of machines, etc so making sure they're running is important. The only saving grace is the brightness of the gym and the one cleaning lady who is super friendly.Completely empty PT area" that no one is allowed to use anymore. Used to be able to use it when no one was in there which I think is fair. As soon as trainers appear

Don't waste your money here. These machines have been out of service for many weeks, and nobody cares here, and people who work in the frint absolutely kids with Aritute

Very clean location ,it comes with everything one might need to workout, but I advise you to bring your own personal equipment like bar pads ,ankle bracelets etc.Never expect gyms to carry all the equipment just because you spend 40 bucks a month .

Love working out at this LA location. its fairly new. Always clean and well kept. This location is also not overly busy, so there are no wait times for machines. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't have a sauna or steam room.

This is a very clean LA Fitness location. The pool was a beautiful experience and the temperature was just right. I was impressed by the cleanliness at this facility. Really nice experience. Pool is a bit shallow but very big. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I️ attend this gym and I’m super impressed with the facility! Clean and bright with great, friendly staff. I️ love working out here and always look forward to coming. I️ won’t go anywhere else.

I’m giving a 5 star review because of the amazing customer service I got from an associate named Yara! She was absolutely amazing when we spoke! I’ve called other locations and no one was as kind as she was. She resolved all my issues on my membership and was very empathetic!! I wish I could go to this location frequently because she was truly a gem!!!
