We had a very large and overgrown, difficult lot for the Bennet team. They showed up on time, worked hard, found some surprises and identified the pins, set some pins markednout the sides of the lot for our future plans. They also registered it with the city. We chose Bennett Land Surveying for our residential property survey as we suspected that neighbors on both sides were encroaching upon our property. They surveyed our property, placed property markers by the encroachments, and provided a final survey document clearly showing where the encroachments were as proof to our neighbors (shed, stairs, firewood container, seating area, and retaining wall). One neighbor is doing the right thing and removing their encroachments. The other neighbor, however, is uncooperative and is forcing us to proceed with court action. A big thank you to the Bennett team for helping us to prove what we already suspected and allowing us to reclaim our land. The Bennett team was professional, efficient, and cost effective. Highly recommended.

I was Purchasing a property in Nanaimo and it had not been marked since 1969 and the property was complex with a rugged terrainI contacted Danu at Bennet and in no time they had a crew out to find and mark the property before I purchased it . Not only did they do a terrific job climbing and marking the perimeters on them rocks Danu helped explain things to me on numerous phone calls and emails. I am a picky person and ask a lot of questions and he was excellent throughout the process and explained things in great detail .Once I purchased the property I had a dispute with a neighbouring land owner and he quickly came out and taped the perimeter in question and double check everything eliminating conflict. I can't say enough about this type of service it seems to be rare now days. Thank you Danu and Bennet for helping me through this process... I would highly recommend you and your firm for anyone requiring this type of work...

George and Todd are professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. In my case we had a question over our property line and the despite the rough terrain the guys mapped it from top to bottom for us and marked everything clearly. They were thorough, good-humoured and had a lot of information to share. These are the guys to come to if you need a survey, it is as simple as that.
