My technician was so nice everytime i get a call for an ultrasound i request Brant Avenue medical center

Excellent friendly and accommodating staff. I can't say enough good things about this place. Anyone would be comfortable there.

Waited an hour for Lorna to get in for a. Chest X-ray that took 2 mins

Requested with my doctor to be booked at 221 Brant Ave. They called the next day and left a voicemail to book, I called back within 30MINS and they had lost the requisition from my doctor and had to request a new one. I showed up for my appointment at 221 Brant Ave and they told me I was booked at Shellington Place. This was NEVER communicated when booking the appointment on the phone. I arrived 15mins late to Shellington Place after arriving early to Brant Ave and then could not be accommodated and was treated extremely rude by the front desk that put me in tears with no responsibility on their end after taking time off work to be at the appointment that was time-sensitive.Terrible customer service and treatment by the technicians (more than once for ultrasound). They need to revamp their referral and booking process so these many errors do not occur for one person and treat their clients with care and compassion - seriously lacking in their healthCARE field. I will opt for a different company for any future ultrasounds.

Dirty run down place, bathroom was gross, the lady smelt bad, explained nothing, gave no effort on the pictures and for my internal she made me put the stick in! Holding the ultrasound thing in her hand askin me questions well I have a full bladder like when my last period was all things she could have ask during the ultrasound

I had my shoulder ultrasound done here recently. I felt very comfortable and safe over here, as all covid screening precautions were taken properly. The staff was very polite and professional, especially the ultrasound tech Sadia. She was very pleasant and caring throughout the scanning. I highly recommend this clinic for ultrasound !

I've had all my ultrasounds for my pregnancy at this clinic and every appointment I had the same older woman tech whoms bedside manner always left something to be desired and never came off overly friendly but today was beyond that. Today I left in tears not only because I was felt a bit humiliated but I was also in pain. I was in for an ultrasound at 36weeks to determine the size of baby and you would have thought I was in my first trimester with the amount of shoving and prodding which I am pretty sure had more to do with her being upset I didn't drink waterr before my Appt even though I was never told I had to at this point. I could literally see my baby being pushed side to side. The tech knew I was in pain and discomfort but did nothing different, she just sighed and kept prodding my stomach to try and change my babies position. At the end of my appointment knowing I am 36weeks pregnant and had been laying on my back for 30mins did nothing to help me get up and instead watched me struggle to try and sit up on my own. Eight hours later and my stomach is still tender and sore.

I debated sharing my traumatizing experience but I feel I should to save someone else from enduring the pain and trauma I just recently went through 2 days ago. I had my first ultrasound at this clinic at 8 weeks, everything was great. At 13 weeks I go back for my second ultrasound. She kept sighing while doing it, then put the sound on to check for heart beat. My significant other and I both heard the dead silence that will never leave our minds, she then put the flat line up on the screen for us to see. I was in denial and started freaking out asking where the heartbeat was. She said she would show me in a second and finished ultrasound, sat up and said she can't hear a heartbeat, she needs to call the radiologist to confirm can I go wait in the waiting room. They made me sit in a room with other people in it while balling my eyes out realizing I had lost my baby. My other half started asking how much longer it would be as clearly I was in distress and they said I could go wait in the car and they would call me. As soon as i got to the car, they called and told us to come back. She brought us back into the room where she should of just let us wait in the first place, did not close the door so everyone in the waiting room could hear. Proceeded to tell us she just got off the phone with the radiologist and its a fetal demise, there's no heart beat, i can either go to my family doctor or ER.Never in my life have I ever experienced such a traumatic experience that was so unprofessional with absolutely no bedside manner. This was wrong in so many ways and I hope no one else has to suffer the way myself and my partner did because it was truly horrible. On top of it, his father had just passed away the day before. No they did not know this but regardless no one should ever be treated the way we were during a loss of a child.
