Bought a Scott Foil (~6000$) bike from here and the owner was nice during the initial buy. Fast forward almost 2 summers later, I had a problem with the headset and a compression plug screw was broken. I called this shop and the owner told me he will call the manufacturer to get replacement piece right away, I called few hours later cause I didn't get an answer and he tells me he will call maybe later with no intention of offering help and just feels like he wants to brush it off. Basically it feels like they don't care too much after they sold you the bike. Then I went to another shop that sells Scott and they helped me out right away even I didn't buy my bike there. In addition, once the bike was taken apart to replace the broken part, we found that the cause was they cut the fork steer not straight at all and too long for the spacer they put so the headset was loose, and hence the broken screw. Nobody took apart the bike since I bought it brand new from the shop. So be aware of buying an expensive bike here.

They fixed my bike but the problem came back after going for a ride. They told me they would fix it the same day, then told me the next day.. I didn't get it back for 5 days and even then they told me to come back another day. Super disappointed

J'ai eu besoin de faire dévisser mes pédales et leur magasin était sur mon chemin. Je n'ai pas demandé le prix car le magasin usuel où je vais le fait gratuitement. Ils m'ont chargé 20$ pour dévisser des pédales, c'est cher.J'aurais voulu qu'ils me disent que ça va me coûter quelque chose et qu'ils vendent l'outil pour le même prix. Avoir su je l'aurais acheté.

I visited here only one time to know bicycles’ prices , which were going to alternative way of TRAM3 , were slightly expensive . I couldn’t afford it
