Parker and Katrina are absolutely fantastic to at what they do! They helped us with all aspects of setting up our house for rental and are now managing the day to day of overseeing our property. So incredibly impressed by Kat and Parker. We have a property in the county area but live in Ottawa, making it impossible to manage ourselves. Kat and Parker are more than just property managers, they are true partners. They're proactive, knowledgable, agile, super professional and incredibly friendly. They increased our revenue by over 30% within a couple months of taking over just by their knowledge and processes alone.
