This is my first time ordering from Modern Tourist and it's been a great experience. I wanted to find a somewhat local Canadian company who had an online ordering system that carried the product I wanted (Briggs and Riley Duffle bag). Every step of the ordering process has been great. Ordering online was easy and the site was pretty accurate interms of availability and very competitive pricing. I ordered some packing cubes online from modern tourist as they had the a great price and the only place I could find the specific items I wanted in stock. My order got lost by Canada post, so I simply replied to my order email and Elena helped me out. She was very prompt and courteous and offered a refund or to send a replacement order since my items were still in stock. I got the replacement and everything is great! I would definitely order from here again for future luggage needs.

I ordered 2 Ameribags… I was uncertain of which to order so I called and spoke to Elena who was extremely helpful. I ordered the medium leather in the chestnut colour and the small distressed nylon in blackberry colour. The medium leather is quite roomy and will be my travelling purse this summer (Rocky Mountaineer TrainTrip). The fabric small one is a good size too and is one of the several Ameribags I use for everyday use.They came reasonably quickly and I qualified for free shipping. I have been buying these Healthy Back Bags for about 15 years and absolutely love them. Buying from Modern Tourist Guelph allows the luxury of having a huge selection of colours, fabric and sizes.Highly recommend!

I am thrilled to finally find this lightweight, medium-sized travel bag. I had one before and wore it out after many years’ use. It’s easy to store in an attached pocket holder. However, I used my old one so often I didn’t store it much. It’s the perfect size and weight. I love it! I’m planning on buying some to give as gifts to friends who like to travel.
