Absolutely horrible service. Katherine Suckow will take your money and leave without any warning. I was supposed to receive a appraisal report after payment but never received it. They are all liars and are scamming people everywhere, just look at these reviews!! I had no choice since my bank used this business for services or I would have asked for another company!!

Definitely not professional and not responsive I have over the past two weeks nearly 25 calls and left message I never got call back . He did appraisal at my home and I paid $465 by M card and he never sent receipt.

The home we purchased was appraised way below market value, which was confirmed by Realtors that knew the area. This appraisal company, based on their website, is not familiar with the area therefore should not have taken the business. This caused our mortgage deal to collapse. We also paid 620 dollars for the appraisal.Everest themselves admitted they had given an incorrect evaluation however the deal was already dead in the water.Be very weary on using this company.

Should have read the reviews first. Compares to the lowest comparables in the area and received a ridiculously low appraised value of the home. We hired another appraiser and it got appraised at the right value. If you are using these guys for mortgage purposes be careful as their appraisal value might come in much lower than what you have expected.

I've had the pleasure of working alongside Dan and team on plenty of appraisals - from market rent, to rush (same day appraisals) and they have been nothing but a great partner for us and will do everything they can to make it happen. This is company does not know house market analysis, recently we have used this company for an appraisal, the value of house came below the market value after spending money gutted the entire house re module the house. I will not recommend anyone to get your robbed

Worst experience ever, ruined my deal said my home with 2 acres of land in Courtice was worth 800grand, SUPER LOW evaluation. You cannot buy a home in Courtice for under 900 grand.From the booking that they did not write down to the deal that broke and got me a 8% interest rate, this company is TERRIBLE!!!
