Element Pacific Homes

We used Element Pacific Homes for our backyard renovation. They did a great job planning and completing this project. Our second floor deck was unsafe, needing to be taken down and replaced with a bigger one that suited our family’s needs better. With four young children they took every precaution to ensure our family was safe during this renovation. The new deck is so spacious and beautiful and is exactly what we wanted for our family and hosting others. We also had them do some yard work removing gravel and grass and putting in concrete sidewalks around the house and backyard. They created a beautiful space under our new deck for a hot tub and seating area, complete with lighting and panelling. We are very pleased with Element Pacific Homes, their friendly and professional mannerisms, and would recommend their business.

Ryan and Darcy were a total pleasure to work with! They built us a beautiful house on Eagle Mountain in Abbotsford in 2016. Every small detail of the house was completed properly and with perfection. Any of the contractors that they used were kept to their high standard of building. After we moved in, any small issues we had we’re addressed quickly and dealt with. Element Pacific construction built our custom home on the Eagle Mountain Summit in Abbotsford in the fall of 2015. The home was completed ahead of time by mid February of 2016. Darcy led us through the steps, developed the specs and the costs, procured the permits, the blueprints, engineered the foundation and organized the sub trades. Ryan then supervised every aspect of the construction from the foundation to the finishings. They helped us to choose colors, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures. They provided us with sound advice during every stage of the construction. It was a pleasure interacting with all of their staff and their trades. We would recommend their team of professionals to anyone that requires renovations, remodeling and new construction. We will use them again for any building projects that we will require in the future.

My wife and I just finished building our home with Element Pacific. When we told people we were building a house they assumed it was stressful. They were surprised to hear the process was actual enjoyable. Working with the team at Element Pacific was a very positive experience. It was easy to reach them when we wanted to ask a question or discuss a particular topic. All the trades that worked on the site were wonderful to work with. There was great transparency in the cost of construction with all expenses clearly documented for us each month.
