Steve did a phenomenal job. He dropped everything to help me out with an emergency situation. Truly 5 star service.

Steve was great throughout the entire process from the initial quote to the last day on the job. Answered all my questions, informed me of all my options, very professional and responsive. They waterproofed our foundation and added a french drain in our backyard. So far both are working flawlessly. Of course there were unexpected obstacles during the job, but they problem solved to ensure we were fully waterproofed. Be aware you will have some landscaping to do afterwards. The work was explained what was being done on each step. His staff are very polite and hard workers. Thank you for coming to my rescue.

Steve is phenomenal. Our house was conditionally sold and set to close in 10 days and the basement flooded twice, at 2 different spots. Steve made sure that the basement was fixed and ready to close on time. I cannot say enough good things about his customer service and quality of work. I would recommend Wise Cracks to anyone.
