Horrible experience at this specific location. Customer service attendant was rude and unaccommodating. He pointed fingers unable to accept that I did not receive the so called instructions" that were left. Did not deal with the owner- but unfortunately sounded as if the experience with him would have been worse- which is hard to believe. Would not use this location or recommend it"

Absolutely IMMACULATE customer service ... the only uhaul dealer I go to as there are no delays with trucks always get what you booked and ON TIME !!! 100% RECOMMENDED

Literally use any other place if you need a uhaul rental. We showed up at 9:45 am. Shop opens at 10am. A line up started to form of about 6 different groups of people waiting to validate their bookings. The sole employee who works there shows up at 10:25am. I can’t speak for everyone but we were on a very tight timeline and had no extra time to spare. The guy is 25 mins late. Does not apologize to anyone that is waiting and didn’t really seem to care.

Great place. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff. They had what I was looking for. Got my Uhaul rental and moving supplies from one place! Will definitely come back!

I’ve rented from uhaul many times at a variety of locations. Usually they’re pretty good. This time, not at all. Quoted roughly $269, was charged just over $550. For a 10’ cube van, 2 days, 370 miles. The truck was filthy. Clearly it had not been sanitized, which is really unacceptable nowadays with COVID. The windshield was so dirty I had a hard time seeing through it. There were food crumbs everywhere in the cab. The windshield wiper blades were both torn, which made driving in the rain a bit of a challenge. There was no windshield wiper fluid. Very disappointing experience, uhaul. Edit: while I understand the price I was originally given was based on my expecting to drive a lot less than I did, the cleanliness and condition of the truck was unacceptable. The owner replied that I agreed it was clean when I took the truck, however that is NOT the case. Not only did I disagree with that, but I also took a picture and posted it along with a comment to their web check in.

Check out was smooth, we got our vehicle in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend booking ahead of time online to ensure they have the correct vehicle type in stock! Friendly service!

Went to pickup my rental truck and they were closed on a Monday but, it states that they are open everyday from 10am - 5pm on google as well as a big paper on the window with the times. To be honest I understand if you didn’t have someone to come into work that day then there are options that could have been taken such as the number one obvious one was making me aware not to come in that day…so this is why I gave them one star just for the simple reasoning of my time being wasted to travel to this location.

Location provides bad service. I booked a truck on a Friday, called on Saturday to confirm, and on Sunday when I went to pick up my rental, it wasn't available. I wasted over an hour trying to secure a replacement. The truck they tried to give me as a replacement needed repair, which I had to inform them about on inspection. It seemed as though management hadn't inspected their trucks before renting them out to customers. The manager was also unwilling to discuss my experience with me.
