We can't say enough great things about CSSi. Kelly arrived within hours of our call and had a solution worked out within an hour or so. The crew arrived on a Tuesday morning and installed a completely new system, with permits and approvals by Friday. We had lots of limitations because our property is surrounded by water, and the area couldn't be accessed by big equipment, but I was confident that Kelly and his team would get us what we needed within the boundaries and they really did!A nice bonus was that the property ended up with a little bit better landscape thanks to a change of location of the system. When the new owners add topsoil in the fall, it’s going to be gorgeous and great play area for the kids.

Hi hired Kelly Karr the owner of Canadian Sewage Solutions to help clean up the mess another local septic contractor left behind. He has a lot of knowledge and is trustworthy! He's had to come out a few times to help deal with items not done correctly the first time, he makes time for me even though he is super busy.

I received several quotes before going with CSS, I went with them as they were only company that designed a septic system that utilized the lay of the land to create something less expensive and more reliable than other proposals. Kelly came up with a system that didn’t require power, reducing the cost to install and to run, as well as making it more reliable (we lose power sometimes). Kelly and Stephen did great work and were a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them.

Kelly completed a new septic install for us. Our site was tricky with high water level but Kelly and his crew did an excellent job. We have had no issue with it. ( 7 years in) . The crew was professional and they know what they are doing. They even took care of drain age issues in the yard. Kelly is an engineer and has years of experience doing this. This is one of the few companies that really care about their work and it shows.

Kelly is qualified as an Engineer to design and build all from one company from start to finish. They came out to dig holes to analyze the soil quality and then designed my system accordingly and sent in the paper work to VIHA and we heard back very quickly. Shawn was the lead during the build and has over 10 years experience working for Kelly. I trust and recommend these guys 100%. They are the gentlemen of septic design and installations here on the island. They were within my budget which was nice as well.

They were able to perform the service quickly and presented a report that thoroughly explained the system, it's problems and several potential solutions, along with estimated costs. Kelley Car and his staff were fantastic. They were thoughtful and considered all the possible scenarios and options for our needs, helping us think through what would work best for both our space and financial situation. Once we made a plan they developed an estimate and timeline, and once we gave the green light they were prompt and worked faster than their expected timeline making this a highly efficient job. We had a moderately challenging hillside installation. With some improvising and re-designing, things were a bit slow getting out of the blocks. But once underway, we were very impressed with the whole CSS team, especially our installers, Shawn and Wayne. They were experienced, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Every challenge was met with a Can Do" attitude being respectful and accommodating to us and other trades on site."

We had an emergency repair and recently a total system replacement done by Canadian Sewage Solutions. The installers were professional and the quality of work was good. Stephen the project manager was efficient and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I would Highly recommend the Canadian sewage team.
