Yes it can be chaotic, yes they don't have every part you ask for however they put every effort into getting your equipment repaired to your satisfaction. They are my first call for power equipment, parts and repairs.

Why bother having a phone if you don't answer it? Or have a voice message system? Having a phone that rings 10 times and then disconnects says a lot about your business' commitment to service. Not everyone lives in Belleville and not everyone wants to make a 70 km round-trip to your shop without some assurance you actually have the part they need. Not the first time this has happened

Would give them 0 stars if it was there. Took my riding lawnmower in for repair in early May, I requested a full overhaul of the machine. After a month of waiting I was called to pick it up June 11th. Brought it home and dropped the blades to cut the grass and it started smoking. Returned it back to them the following Monday June 14th very unhappy with the outcome of full service. Was told that it was an electrical problem..after keeping it for almost two months I finally picked it up again August 9th only to find it was a bad belt that should have been checked in the full service. The machine was not cleaned which I once again thought was part of full service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE ON SMALL ENGINES. Three months having to borrow our neighbors riding lawnmower (thankfully he's a good neighbor) just to keep our very large property kept up.

Have bought lawnmower, snowblower and chain saw from them. Just picked up lawnmower and snowblower for service. Had snowblower back next morning . Tried it out as ut had snowed. Found it need another part. Took it back and had it back within couple of hrsTried it himself worked great. Great customer service by both Todd and Al.

Excellent service on my snowblower at this business. Blower started running rough just after finishing 2 driveways the last snow. Stans came and picked it up and took it to their shop. Not only did they clean the carbarater but checked the belts and found the auger belt to have a large flat area, which caused a noticeable vibration when the auger was engaged and also noticed a broken spring. They replaced both of these parts and brought the machine back to my home. I tested it and it ran great and the vibration, I had noticed, when I engaged the auger was completely gone. I highly recommend this business as they picked up, repaired in short time, and returned my blower prior to a big snowfall that is expected tomorrow.

Always had exceptional results with anything i have taken to Todd for repairs. He is modestly priced and found the employees to be friendly and courteous. Busiest repair shop in the area for a reason.

Does not answer the phones. Tried saving myself a 15 minute drive to their store for a lawnmower belt. No one in else in town had one in stock, and I did not expect Stan's to either, so was gong to order it through them. Needless to say, it would've been easier to waste the time and gas to drive to the store, as after 4 hours of trying non-stop, they just flat our refused to answer their phone. Trying to keep tings local, and not order through places like Amazon, but shoddy customer service (if you can even call it that) makes it hard.Apparently they have a big enough customer base that they feel they have no need to answer the phones.Lost my business, will not return!

Called numerous times no answer been 2 months wait to get my chainsaw back, only need oil reservoir fixed!!!!!

Great service here and very pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend.
