I had the most amazing experience with Jackie! I’m very picky about my hair and she listened to all my concerns and made suggestions based on what had previously been done to my hair. Very knowledgeable and used only the best products. My hair feels great and I’m getting so many compliments. Thank you for the hair-apy Jackie!

When I started going to see Jackie about 6 years ago I had severely broken and damaged hair. From extension implementation to blondes/highlights, ombré, bold colour to soft warm browns Jackie has exceed my expectation on every appointment.All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Salon is very well maintained and clean. Great environment and I will never change my hair dresser

Not only was this an amazing experience, my hair has never looked better or felt healthier! I felt comfortable from the wonderful ambiance and the stylist were so friendly and chatty! Great work, great prices and wonderful staff! Will definitely be back♡ this is a wonderful place if you are a student or trying to decide what would be nice on your hair!Got a blonde ashy balayage from a dark medium brown, I'm new to windsor so I was looking for the best place and this was it♡

Carizma is wonderful! I've been coming here for a few years. I have seen Elyssa, Jackie, and Brittany and they are all amazing...truly masters of their craft. My hair has never been better!

Carizma hair salon is super clean and comfortable every time I go! The staff is very nice which makes me feel welcomed. I never leave disappointed. Would recommend.

I have been coming to Carizma to see Brittany for quite a few years now. She is such an amazing hairstylist and I always leave with an amazing hairdo. The salon is also amazing it is always so clean and everyone of the staff members is so welcoming.

Have left more than once IN LOVE with my hair. It's been a very long time with many other hair salons that've left me faking a smile when leaving, so when I had a consultation with Jacklynn, she was realistic on what we could achieve an even though my first visit wasn't the final goal, I felt more beautiful than I have in a long time. I also have a terrible work schedule and she's been able to fit me in with no issues, so I'm grateful for her availability as well. Looking forward to getting back in the chair and relaxing in such an awesome environment ladies!

My nephew is autistic and verrry opposed to getting his hair cut. Jackie was so amazing with him! She let him come after hours and was extremely patient and kind. He was a handful but came out looking super handsome. Wonderful place with an amazing owner!
