One of the worst car washes in Calgary. Firstly they charge $3.25 to start - other washes are $2. Then the high pressure is not high - barely removes the soap. Hot wax is cold. Stalls are cramped. Do yourself a favour and pick another car wash. Update: my son stopped here to wash his truck $44!! The sign says max charge is $26. Crooks. Beware.

Won't be going back to this car wash because I bought the full $14.50 wash for the whole shebang. I went into the bay and only got a presoak and the protector stuff. I didn't get anything I paid for and was in and out within 30 seconds. I went in to talk to someone to see if maybe the soap was empty and needed a refill. The man instantly asked for a receipt for proof of a wash..I didn't get the receipt? He said no receipt no proof. He didn't seem to care which bay wasn't working properly or needed a soap check. He just did not want to refund me. Awful service

Don’t trust this place. I’ve been going there for years but today will be my last visit. After a rinse and wash (maybe 8-10 minutes) their clock on their meter showed 21 minutes of use and the total already at $26. When I asked the attendant about it he just said the meter doesn’t lie. A typical visit in the past would be 15 minutes (wash, soap, wax, rinse) and a total of $18. Be careful, because their time meters are scamming you.

Once a good place but recently they seem to have doubled their rates. A car wash here not long ago costed me $10 and now it's costing me $20. Likely won't be coming back I'm afraid.

2 out of the last 3 times I have had issues with the touch less stall not working. This time, the wash started then stopped just after the initial rinse was half done. The machine was totally off, and then the bay door opened. I pulled through and went to look for someone, but doors were locked. I've had it with place as I can go any one of multiple locations and get better service without having to chase someone down. 14 bucks down the drain,

One of the better car washes in NW Calgary. The spot free rinse really seems to work well. The time value seems a bit short, but with a credit card it's hard to know when to stop!

Honestly, I think a lot of these bad reviews are people who don't know how a car wash works.Never had a bad experience here, yes, a bit on the pricier side, but the line moves fast, the drive thru is quick and efficient, and the self serve is easy to use.Afterwards, I go outside to dry the car, never have anyone telling me to go faster or rush.Good car wash, don't understand the hate.

I've been using Big Bucket for years and it's always been a good place to clean and detail my car. Wash, vacuum, and shampoo.On our last visit the vacuum had lost suction so the guy working there moved us to a new bay and paid for the time we had paid for already. Later he brought out ice cream sandwiches for my kids and gave us some free time with the carpet shampoo machine. I wasn't angry about the first vacuum but he went above and beyond to make up for it.

After spending $40 on cleaning products and watching the clerk who seemed to have no idea how to use the register rescan our items multiple times. We started washing our car and cleaning it out and vacuuming/using the products we purchased. The clerk then came over yelling and harassing us/swearing telling us that they weren’t a detail bay and that we need to go outside and leave. We hadn’t even washed our car and we’re actively paying for the timer.We spent $60 alone on the machine. He was aggressive and was trying to pick a fight with me. It was 8:00Pm and we were the only vehicle in the whole place. I will make sure to no longer recommend all of our clients at my dealership to visit. This guy shouldn’t have a job anywhere with people. Attacking clients for spending $100 with your business.

Big with lots of options. Do it yourself or drive thru. It's on the expensive side. And the attendant can be extremely annoying. I was there to wash my vehicle and when I was done the attendant wanted me to hose down the bay ....., On my coin. I don't think soThat's the attendants job. Get after it Babba.
