Nick was absolutely fantastic and answered all our questions honestly and was very laid back and easy to talk to the entire time we were with him.Alain was very helpful making sure we understand all our options and available products and genuinely took the time to go over everything in careful detail.

This dealership is probably the worst of them all. They constantly lie, keep making up excuses and like to point fingers at the other departments such as servicing and sales rather than take responsibility. The worst customer service you could get.I was also told sorry its not us its hyundai everytime I brought something up. O was sold a used certified car only to find out it doesn't have two sets of keys after I signed my papers. This is after the sales rep told me they will go find the second pair of keys. After coming back the sales rep told me no second key is available and I would have to pay the key and programming and was charging me over 350. When It came time to replace my engine due to it stalling and going on limp mode, they made up an excuse saying a previous accident I had over two years prior caused the engine to knock. But they could not provide me an official inspections report from hyundai. Apparently they are not allowed to give me that. They provided me a piece of white paper with no header or hyundai dai sign and the only thing mentioned is that it might have been caused. No clear indication or justification. Then they tell me they will buy my car back from me for 14500$ . I called to confirm if its the the case and went back. Only for them to change the story again and offer me less than half the amount they quoted. They gave me 3 different quotes within a span of a month. Just a bunch of money hungry liars. They kept telling me yeah sorry it was out mistake we didn't give you all the information. They also charged me service fees for checking my engine ( which is something they suggested and said will be covered under my warranty) only to find out the day I went to pick up the car. These folks hold back so much information from you please be aware before getting anything from this dealership. Every person I spoke to said they know it was wrong but couldn't do anything to rectify the situation.Their stories change by the week. Also do not buy parts from them. They are horrible and would last less than a year. They know this very well and don't bother telling you their parts are only guaranteed 3 months if its installed elsewhere vs 1 year if its done by them.if there was negative stars to give them it would be - 10 never buying anything from hyundai vaudreuil or any hyundai again.

When shopping for a new car...You brace yourself going into a car dealership. Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. This was my experience with Hyundai Vaudreuil. Great Service!Ask for Nic Lemay, honestly... He is amazing and made the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and transparent. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget. Brought it down to a number we were comfortable with and fair. Also, did not hesitate to give us the space we needed to think things over (very important). Kept it stress free and without pressure. Definitely coming back here again and have already recommended it to friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle.Would also like to thank the rest of the team Steven, Alexa and M. Alain. They are were as equally great. Amazing customer service! Hope your GM reads this and knows how great of a team you guys are.We love our new 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Thank you again!

I shopped around by phone for a Hyundai Tucson 2022 with the price that one of the Hyundai dealership asked, and I fell randomly on this salesman by the name of Collin Campeau. He was very honest with all my questions, he was calm and there wasn’t any pushy moments, that made me a good impression of him. He tried his best to accommodate everything I wanted and yes he made me one happy client! with the best price as well!My husband and I were like hesitating at first to go to the dealership (since we were asking ourselves if the guy would give us hidden fees when we arrive) but nope. Everything was like we talked about on the phone. It literally took us 15min to do all the procedures with papers + credit check.We were told that our car will arrive in 3-4months since of all shipping delays during Covid, so let’s allhope this stays as smooth as it is. By the way ask for Collin Campeau I highly recommend a salesman like him :)The staff there were very friendly as wellFOLLOW UP :so we finally got our Hyundai Tucson 2022 after 4months and half! Which I understand since Pandemic everything got back ordered. What a real beauty reallyReally hyundai surprises me, the design is gorgeous, the drive was smooth, and when I try to speed up, i can clearly see it improved compare to an older tucson we had before. We chose the AMAZON GREY, which comes out like a safari green…I am in love with my car.Also when we received a call from Collin our sales rep to come pick up the car, we also booked our appointment with their financial manager Alain Campeau, also very nice! He explained to us A to Z what we were expecting having a hyundai car with all the warranty and products they have, again not pushy at all. Very professional.Overall we are very happy with their customer service and also happy owners of our Hyundai Tucson 2022 preferred AWD. dont wait to order yours because it will take months before you get it, but worth the wait!While you are there check out their hybrid and electric VENUE, TUCSON, IONIC of 2022, they’re beautiful

My experience was extremely disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer, I received no deals or incentives when purchasing my Hyundai Elantra. Moreover, their response to my concerns about the car's gas consumption was unacceptable.What frustrates me most is the inconsistency in treatment compared to others. A friend who bought from a different dealership received an amazing buy one get three free" winter tire deal

Such a great experience shopping here. I was first helped at H Gregoire Vaudreuil and after exploring some options, the manager of H Gregoire Jean-Francois introduced me to a very professional sales associate Steven who was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly patient, helpful, knowledgable and most importantly, kind and respectful. He went over and beyond for me in helping me find the perfect vehicle. Alain was fantastic in setting up the financial, very professional kind and thoughtful. Alexa delivered my car to me and was beyond amazing. Though we had to wait 7 months to receive our car (this cannot be blamed on the dealership whatsoever) the sales team kept us up to speed on where the car was all along. Great job all around. We love the new Tucson! Worth the wait!
