The phone that I received with my plan isn't any good for depositing cheques, great camera but it won't fit the cheque in the on screen box , I even had the tellers at the bank try. So if you do your banking online.... don't go with the LG

I've always had great service anytime I have been to the New Minas store. The staff has always been very willing to help us with any questions we have had and never make you feel like you are stupid even if you don't know anything about what you are asking about.The service for wireless is so much better than I ever had with Rogers and the internet is so much better than we ever had with Bell.

Less than 30 days with them and my internet has gone down many times or slowed down to a point where I can't do anything. Also I do not approve of their tactics to force you to download their software on your devices. They kept sending me these notices: Action Required – Install your Eastlink Internet Security now" and "Third Reminder - Your devices are still not protected" Actually my devices are protected as the modem has a firewall

I switched over to Eastlink from Bell in March 2017. Biggest mistake of my life. Yes, overall it was supposed to save me $3000 over the course of three years compared to Bell. Trust me. It is not worth it. I have made more calls to complain about the maestro streamer and my cellular phone call quality than I ever did in 25 years with Bell. Dropped calls, patchy reception (people telling me that my voice is cutting in and out), messages won't send. No matter where I go, I only have 1 to 2 bars of cellular on my phone, and I live in a town. I have had technicians out to look at my equipment for internet and tv and had the boxes changed out. A second access point was even put in on the other end of the house for better reception last Saturday. Today, the following Friday, I am once again on the phone because my gateway is unavailable. A technician is coming out tomorrow. When will this end? I just want the quality product and service that they offered me at the beginning. The cellular and tv service is pathetic. I would highly NOT recommend it based on my personal experience. There are four users on my account and all of us are looking forward to when our contract is up. We are ALL extremely fed up with 7 months of this.Disappointed customers.Edited... Nov. 7, 2017The problem was with the actual phone and not so much the cellular service. I stand corrected. However I am told that I am also located at in a poor quality area and by late January a new tower will be erected in my area. This should help out my reception.

The staff is knowledgeable and patient (all my questions were answered) and even pointed out that my plan was outdated and I could get more data fir about the same price. Yay!

Decent internet for an expensive price. The employee we picked up our equipment from seemed frustrated with the company and didn't leave a good first impression. Since there's no way to cancel online without talking to someone, we decided to just bring our equipment in when we cancel. However, they wouldn't take our equipment and we had to take it to the post office. They didn't provide us with their return ID, so we had to pay out of pocket for a box to return their equipment because they wouldn't take it at the store they gave it to us at? We received no email or any sort of confirmation that our service was cancelled except the employee's word. Not worth the hassle, go with any other internet service provider.

Very displeased with the service.Had 1 month left owing on a iphone XR. So i ported to bell to have better speeds/ & better plan. Couldn't pay the $90 owing on the device tab as instore payments was not an option at the time. Eastlink customer service & the instore rep said wait for the bill in the mail at the time of porting.Bill shows up 5 weeks later showing 0$ to be payed... (which should have shown the $90). Eastlink in-person rep couldn't understand because they don't have access to closed accounts. So they called their tech support & they said again.. wait for another bill..Fast forward to 1 week ago from today we have received a warning letter- for the device owed to be sent to collections. Luckily we caught that Intime before it affected our score. Thanks Eastlink!

This review is about an employee named Taylor, who provided me with exceptional service today. She was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things clearly to me. She took a lot of time and was so patient. Be sure to ask for her when you visit this Eastlink location. I was faced with the challenge of changing from an Android to an iPhone. She led me thru the many questions I had. Thanks Taylor!
