Nothing to do with the plumbing services, but just watched the driver of one of your vans throw his fast food garbage out the window while sitting at a light on 96 avenue in Surrey. Wow.

The sales staff always are more then helpful and the lady's in the showroom know just as much great place for parts and material for jobs

Called for estimate, they took my info and info about job, they promised to come out and do the estimate, never heard from them since, called 2 more times, just to get my name and number taken down with promises they will call me back and they never did and never came by.

I call and make and appointments to have my garbage disposal unit either repair or replace I was informed of the price and I agreed. A day before my appointment the technician calls me to tell me how simple it is to fix a garbage disposal, he then stars to tell me how to do it myself without asking anything about the actual unit as all he said simply didn't apply to my unit and also I had already tried some of the suggestions. When I try explain what was happening he tells me to get a male neighbor to do it for me because it is just to simple" for him to come here and do it himself. I had to call another company and get the unit replace as the motor was burned."

I have worked with Merlin on a couple of projects over the past couple of years. I find that they are quick, professional, and great people to work with.

Very bad experience. Installed a boiler and had to keep coming back because it wasn't working. It kept breaking for a full year. Then they blamed me for it not working??? To give them some credit they finally fixed the issue, but I had to fight to make them.

I have used the services of Universal / Spears a few times for work. We have special circumstances that make scheduling an appointment a little more challenging than usual, as we provide support to an individual who isn't able to easily leave his house or when he does, he isn't able to stay out long. Monica at Universal bent over backwards to accomodate us last week and they've done it for us before in order to replace an old hot water tank. On behalf of the man we support, I can't say THANK YOU enough!
