John at Plumbfix is amazing. He helped get our home repaired and ready for sale. Then once we were in our new home we have had him out and he has been on time and did what he said he would every time. Pricing is reasonable, thorough and to do it right way!The company is a rare find. I have hired a lot of contractors over the years and Plumbfix gets it and genuinely wants to help and build long term clients.

John was great, called me back on a Saturday night, and came the next day Sunday to fix my backed up kitchen sink, slow drain. He was professional, pricing was exceptional, and finished the job faster than the 45 mins he quoted me. I’ll be using John again for future plumbing needs. Very knowledgeable and provides great advice to prevent future backups. Highly recommend.

During our house renovation we noticed leakage in our basement when we use the bathroom upstairs. We called a few plumbers to come but no one could come quick enough. Plumbfix was an absolutely amazing company to work with. We were having issues with our hot water tank that was 7 years old. John came out very quickly and did repairs. After doing the repairs the same issue occurred about an hour later. John came out after hours on a Friday night and thought it was a faulty part. He then came on Saturday in a snow storm to change it out again for us. The issue happened again and it was determined that a new tank was needed. He credited the amount we paid for the repairs to the cost of the replacement of the tank. The amount of time that was spent and the continuous follow up was amazing. I would call him back ANYTIME for a plumbing issue. I definitely will be giving him all of our work moving forward. What an amazing company to work with.
