Money grabbing snobs. Worst quality developer I've ever dealt with. Horrible PR and customer service. Delay after delay and floor plan was significantly changed for the worst. Bait and switch. None of the issues raised from inspection was fixed. No price for EV parking and storage even after closing and completion. Parking spots are too tight. Only 2.5 inches left on each side of a compact sedan. How are owners able to get out of the car?!?!??? Too mad and fuming to write full review.JUST AVOID THIS DEVELOPER. YOU'LL SAVE YOURSELF MUCH HEADACHE AND DISAPPOINTMENT.

LEAKY CONDO DO NOT BUY - somehow in the 201X era there is still an ability to purchase a leaky condo. Do not buy ANYTHING built by these guys, they do incredibly bad construction work. Their holding company that also does building management is extremely rude and unhelpful, our microwave has been broken for over half a year and they refuse to fix it. Our fridge recently broke and it's been three weeks and they have yet to even come by to inspect it or replace it.

Minglian is the most irresponsible developer I know, the condo they build just had a major defect that cost half of unit inhabitable, insurance company is suing this company for the damage, and living in their project is the most miserable experience you will have in your life.

The new project with really nice price. Even cheaper than the projects around sold in 2018. Great investment opportunities!

Bought a condo built by this company. Horrible quality feels like everything is falling apart and it's only been 1 year.

If you are ALL aware of the issues in Ditchmond, then I would avoid the Camellia on Cambie St across from the Langara Golf Course.1) Way behind schedule,2) Developer seems to be playing with monopoly money on this fiasco3) Numerous problems with their excavation and dewatering4) Has no concept of 'critical path' (due to NO experience in the hr construction field, imo it seems)5) Terrible PR and accountability with the neighbours6) Recently fired the site super (apparently lack of progress but the buck stops with the Developer, imo (lack of knowledge & experience)7) Can't say much about the new SS - will reserve my comments at this timeEnough at this time.If you drive by this project as I do daily, it's amazing how many of the other condo developments along the corridor that started de-construction, demolition, and excavation at least 6-8 months (minimum) behind this 'playground' have already surpassed this Minglian project and are already out of the hole on their 3-4 floors (as an example).They will definately finish way ahead of this Minglian fiasco.I feel for the purchasers of this project. If it's this bad during this early phase, imagine what it'll be like when (& IF its completed).I believe it's sold out, however to purchase one from another after knowing all of this?My 2 cents - you do the math and due diligence.Anyone that's posted 5 stars on their projects is nothing more than an insider imo

Building quality is sub-par. Be very cognizant if you are renting from them to ensure repairs get fixed in a timely matter, and all deposits are repaid. Dishwasher broke and it took more than three weeks for them to even start the repair process. Communication: they respond at their convenience when you try and relay important info or questions; however if you don't get back to them practically immediately, they call repeatedly.
