I appreciated the advice from the staff, looked for a sectional sofa for my living room. The selection options were a nice touch in the colour offerings to help find something to make the room standout. Overall a solid experience here.

I actually have a excellent revel in with this furniture shop. Best dealing and stuff could be very tough from some other store with a very good high-quality. A primary thing, the delivery process they deliver on time. I endorsed others please visited this furniture store.

Extremely negative experience. Purchased a two piece queen bed. 1 box is missing instructions while another one is missing screws. Called the store for assistance or at the very least guidance on how to build the bed. Advised to send pictures via email and was told to “use the manual”. Manual does not exist within the box… after finding the instructions online I find that there are screws missing to screw the mid sections to the frame. Built the bed and further asked if we have any assurance for the bed as it immediately started creaking when one person sat on it and advised “no guarantees”. This is not my first time buying furniture either, would advise to shop elsewhere if you can.

I’ve had my couch from R&R for a few months now and can confidently say I’m really happy with it. It fits perfectly, it was a great price, and I love that I could pick the colour and fabric I wanted. It’s comfortable and has held up well.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the delivery process was really bumpy. I was given a range of dates between which the couch would arrive, and that I’d get a call 2 days prior saying it was coming. The dates came and went and I didn’t hear anything so I called the store and they suddenly had it available to come the next day. I had to scramble to get the service elevator booked. Then upon arrival, the only way to pay was through e-transfer, and it wasn’t working. The delivery guy tried to get me to give him cash or pay to his personal account instead which I was uncomfortable with and found kind of unprofessional. In the end my roommate got the e-transfer to work.So the delivery process was kind of annoying and weird, but the couch itself is great! I’d definitely recommend this store if you’re looking for a nice, customizable, and affordable couch.

He'd good job and he made the table for us and it looks nice and to top it all off he good manners he is not disrespectful. I say he deserves a full 10/10 or 5/5 and in this case.
