I used First Choice Tours for my wedding transportation. Steven was quick to respond to any emails and provided a great rate! We were so happy with this service, the shuttle was on time and very patient with a busy wedding party. I would highly recommend this company for any future events. Thank you!

I have used this company on numerous occasions for my family from out of town. They are a great bunch of people. On one occasion my credit card didn’t work, they were very kind to allow us to pay with different units. I would recommend them for any occasion at any timeGreat job guys

A guest at my wedding left her wallet on the shuttle. She called First Choice on the first business day after the wedding and they said they had her wallet and would send it to her that day or the following day. 4 DAYS later I got a call that they were not giving back her wallet until I paid an additional amount to clean the shuttle that was NOT on any contract, document or email I received upon booking. I had paid in advance all charges that were discussed. It has taken 12 days to get her wallet back. Very VERY unethical way of going about business. I suggest some processes and procedures change like taking a credit card on file in case there are any additional charges and DISCUSSING that with the person booking instead of finding someone's belongings on board and holding them for ransom...... Would never recommend this business.
