My wife and I live in Toronto, and we wanted to send flowers to my mother in law for her birthday. My wife purchased a beautiful bouquet with a vase, and when the flowers arrived to my in-laws the bouquet was completely different than what we paid. Only to be told the flowers don't come with a vase, yet when the order was corrected and brought back, the flowers came with one, and the online photo wasn't near what showed up.We always enjoy buying local, but this order really changed our opinion, it made us feel that maybe the owner decided because we don't live in the area, that it would be easy to pass off the flowers, and not hear about the difference in the order.We will still buy local, just not from here. I hope this review allows the company to correct future orders, or reminds them that customers no matter where they live, are trusting them to complete the order.

Natural, lovely floral arrangements that are more like art than anything.

Carolyn was super nice and welcoming. Her little studio is inviting, she's worked hard to pivot to different ways to succeed during the many pandemic shutdowns. Almost forgot to mention the gorgeous flowers!
