Joe is always friendly and helpful. Wine is always great, especially peach on these hot summer days. Been a loyal client for well over 10 years. I would recommend The Wine Place.

Good wine, great location with ample free parking. Joe had it set up and gave me the basic instructions and off your go! If I needed the owner, he was there to assist, gave me pointers, but it’s pretty independent repetitive work if you’ve ever done it before. Stick on labels were provided and the whole process was an easy experience.

Wine is excellent! This was my second batch. The first time I was unsure and he guided me on what to buy. Which I’m glad He did because it was my Christmas presents for my family and they loved it !

I have not personally purchased from Joe, but I have friends who have and share with me. I LOVE the wine from here.

Joe is super helpful and knows the wines inside out. We have been making wine there for years and the quality bis as good as, or better, than wines from the LCBO.I highly recommend The Wine Place.

The owner was not friendly and inattentive. We felt completely unwelcome and could not wait to finish bottling and get out. Needless to say will not come back. Wine is so so. We have tried other places that provide this service before and for the same price wine was wayyyyy better at other places. Also the owner did not even provide labels for bottles and bottles themselves look cheap.

So happy we found this gem of a place. We were recommended by a friend after tasting a bottle of wine they had made at The WinePlace. As soon as we inquired, Joe explained and setup the process for us. He was very clear about how the process works and when the wine would be ready by - 5 weeks from the order date. There was never any need for us to follow up, Joe was on the ball and reached out to my husband and I.The bottle process was a unique experience for my husband and I. Joe provided bottles, corks, seals and clear instructions to guide us through. He was very personable and made the experience an enjoyable one. We had the opportunity to taste the wine and were impressed with the quality.We had a bulk order of 120 bottles for wedding favour. We will definitely be back whenever we need to make our own wine.

Great wine, poor service.Recently booked a wine bottling experience with my boyfriend, we were happy with the quality of our 40 bottles of Riesling, but found the people who worked there rude, abrupt and unfriendly. Our first visit we thought we had caught the owners on a bad day; we were greeted with glares as if we were intruding, and instead of explaining the process and options to us, the owner read the brochure to us word for word as if we were illiterate.After waiting ample time for our wine to be delivered, we called to find out our wine had been sitting there for weeks and the owners had just never got around to calling."
