I love this location especially when Heather is serving me. She is always pleasant, friendly, and accurate with my orders. There are, however, other staff that should never be in the customer service industry.

Once again Tim Hortons Staff failed to process our order after it was placed. I had to return to the counter & find out what was taking so long.. It was never started!After we received our order, it was not correct & required a redo.This has taken place with different shift workers so it is a common problem with the staff.The problem is the staff are on point with the drive through orders... but not so with the orders placed within the restaurant!At least the food is good once we do get it lol!

Wednesday evening 6pm drive through...3rd car....took almost 10 minutes...only 2 people working...the stars are for the workers....they were great and got our order right even under pressure

Customer service and attention to detail is lacking at this location. Went through the drive thru for coffees, one order was incorrect when we brought this up the lady in the back argued. All they did was change the lid and give us the same coffee. I had to go in to correct this. This is the third time this week they have given us the incorrect order.Very annoying.

Went in and placed an order. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Got my order and noticed they forgot something. I went back in and had no trouble getting it.

It was lined up with only 2 on counter. A busy tourist stop should have more staff.I waited 15 minutes for just a tea. The drive thru was lined up to the road which is why I went instore.

I would only review a Tim Hortans location after lots of visits. It’s consistently terrible service, very rare to receive the correct order. Food is usually in a bad state when received.
