Dim Sum was ok. Great services from the waitress. They were really friendly and helpful. I would give 5 star for the waitress. No star for the lady who work at the till. She was rude, no customers service and threw the receipt on the counter to us. Probably this is the 1st and the last time for this restaurant.

The owner woman who was payment at the till, she was very rude. I asked the servers for togo boxes several times, but they were busy so I didn't get it. I waited for half an hour. So I asked the lady at the till if I could get togo box. She frowned and shouted at me, ask somebody!” And she turned her head away. I've never met such a rude person in Victoria. I paid tip for the servers

If you are hungry. Can’t wait. Want the service to be like typical caucasians’ restaurant. This is not the place for you. The lady owner is surely rude. The business survive this long simply because there are not really many options around here. The food is average. Still my go-to dim sum place in Victoria. If there is any dim sum place better, I will stop coming back here.

The dim sum prices were very reasonable. Some foods are a little cold when u get it off the cart. Everything had good flavours. Service was also good . The restaurant has one of those bella bots which bring you food.

We have been coming here for years, always for Dim Sum. It is consistently good, today was no exception. We had great service, excellent fresh food, and cost us $25 each for three of us to enjoy several different dishes. Easier for us to come here than Don Mee (which is also wonderful) because some family members have mobility issues and Jade Fountain has an elevator. We will be back for more dim sum soon!

Ordered from Uber eats. I don’t understand how broccoli with beef was made. This is full of broccolis with only a few pieces of beef. The beef tastes plain. The other dish is sichuan prawn, same idea. So many veggies with only a few pieces of shrimp. Why are they named as broccoli with beef, sichuan prawn. It should be named as broccoli with broccoli, sichuan veggies.

Very local Chinese. Good value. We ordered Uber eat for dinner and was great. We tried dim sum today. Quality are good. Just prob some ingredients is not the same as in Asia where the taste is not what I expected. But they are good and fresh. Should come and give it a try.

Not even sure what to say here exactly, I want everyone to do well and succeed. Posting negative comments is not something I like doing.My concern here is the lack of cleanliness!It is the dirtiest place I have seen.Despite my judgment, we ate here regardless of seeing the state of the washroom first.Even in the restaurant around the tables and on our cutlery was compromisedThe food was tasty, and I had no concerns about the freshness nor the quality of the dishes.Shrimp spring rolls were some of the best I've ever had, Sui Mai and lotus leaf sticky rice were average at best.
