Steve’s Tea is the most magical tea store! There is something wonderful about walking in to beautiful smiling and happy faces from the owners (Steve and Lana) and then seeing wall to wall tea is wonderful mason jars! They have every single flavour you can imagine! Not to mention they have partnered with lots of local artists and artisans to add more shopping to your day. They have pottery mugs and all things tea accessories! They even have beautiful ready to make scones in a bag! Lana and Steve make shopping easy. They know exactly what to get you just by you saying you like a certain fruit or your mood etc. Steve’s tea is the only place I buy my tea and will always support and promote. If you haven’t been there then what are you waiting for?! Get going!!!!

My husband and I went to celebrate the King's Coronation. They were serving 3 different teas and scones for FREE! Wendy, the family matriarch, share her impressions of the Coronation and told us about her time her time growing up in the UK and listening to Queen Elizabeth's Coronation on the radio. Steve helped us select some tea leaves to take home. It was a lovely time!!Lana helped me plan a private Paint & Sip event for my family. It was an absolute blast! The artist instructing us was amazing, the treats were delicious as well as plentiful, there were 3 different hot teas plus 1 ice tea to drink. It was a delightful afternoon!

My wife and I were completely delighted to experience Steve's Teas. The hospitality both Steve and Lana showed us was very refreshing. We love both of them and of course love all of Steve's Teas. Highly recommend popping into the shop!

I have loved this store and the owners Lana and Steve since the moment I walked in the door! The tea here is blended into the most wonderful blends! They use the highest quality ingredients and I love that you can buy the individual herbs here too if you want to blend your own. Lana and Steve have been so kind and informative to us during each of our visit hooking us up to a new favorite tea each visit! I would highly recommend taking the time to visit their store or their beautiful website!

I LOVE Steve's Tea. My first experience is when I joined friends for an event held in their shop. A paint and sip. We drank tea, had treats and painted on a canvas etc it was a lot of fun. So friendly, patient and kind. I bought a Van Gogh Starry Night tea mug with infuser and lid that night and placed an order for some teas I wanted to try. I got them today and so far, I LOVE them. The aroma alone is amazing. Taste equally so. I look forward to future events and future orders. I just love when businesses are run by people who genuinely care about people/customers. Thank you for the experience. I means more than you can imagine1

I have been a customer of Steve's Tea Company for many years - I used to go to a store in Toronto but then found Steve and Wendy when I forgot to stock up and needed my loose leaf tea while driving to the cottage. I am so glad I did. There is something comforting about them knowing exactly what I want and never having to ask. The Classic Earl Grey blend is my absolute favourite made with Bergamot Oil which makes it so flavourful. Steve and Lana are doing so much to add to the customer experience, now with an in store Cafe. I have recommended this tea experience to many and it is the only place I go to for my loose leaf teas.

Love the shop! I consider myself a moderate tea drinker but I know what I like. I love all things Earl Grey and Steve's Teas always has a wide variety, from the fancy Deluxe Cream Early Grey (my favourite) to Rooibos Earl Grey (decaffeinated and full of antioxidants). Plus, when I'm there I love to hear the knowledgeable staff help me explore and try something new. Their merchandise if great too if I need to grab a quick gift!

Have you ever wanted to meet a family of mad scientists? Have you ever wanted to smell every tea combination on the planet? Do you live near Brantford Ontario? Well, you’re not going to believe this. Steve’s Tea Company has it all.I had the pleasure of meeting Steve and his daughter Lana while looking for a gift for a friend. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. Steve toured me through the various jars of home-blended teas and helped me land on a delicious watermelon-scented tea for the summer months.Suddenly, Lana appeared and invited me to sample a London Fog experiment. When someone offers you a free tea sample, you take it.I had a blast chatting with this family team of experts. Hot or cold, sick or healthy, get all your teas from these fine folks.10/10 would steep here again.

This business is one of a kind. The owners have spent a great deal of time pouring themselves into their business. We enjoyed an Afternoon Tea to celebrate Mother’s Day and then did some shopping in their retail section. We left with full stomachs and a bag full of recommended teas to brew at home.We will absolutely be supporting this local business with future visits and purchases! This would be a fantastic spot to catch up with a friend, take a loved one out for a cup of tea or a way to spend your afternoon reading a chapter or two in their tea room. Parking is accessible just outside of the building, there is a curb to navigate.
