They were super organized. They had my appointment with them booked early to avoid any stress or possible hiccups that can sometimes happen (none did happen). When banks, mortgage companies, and other roles are involved in the process, it was nice having my meeting scheduled early before the closing date in order to avoid potential challenges. They let me know exactly what I needed to bring to the meeting beforehand which allowed me to feel prepared and stress free. They handled everything and kept me in the loop with what was going on. I didn’t even need to ask questions because they already informed of what I needed to know. I felt confident in them having the situation under control. I will be using them in the future 100%.
