went today to get fingerprints done. Didn't have an appointment and got told that it's done by appointments. One of the other personnel sitting beside the receptionist intervened and told the receptionist about cancelled appointment that was pre-booked.appointment booked, payment given, fingerprints done and i was on my way out in 5 minutes.Thank you for the accommodation and service with smile.

Reported a dangerous and possible impaired driver who almost drove over the divider multiple times and was driving in the middle of 2 lanes, they called 2 hours later asking if I was reporting my neighbor... ? Called on a separate occasion because kids were vandalizing vehicles in the parking lot, was told there was nothing they could do.I'll literally never waste my time again. This is what our tax dollars are paying for, police who speak down to you and stick their nose up in pride. Terrible service, wouldn't recommend.

They only do criminal record checks on weekends now, staff was also rude.

Been followed for no reason, following speed limit driving safely and got followed for about 10 minutes by a cop. Heard quite a few of my friends saying the same thing that cops are following for extended periods of time for no reason, or pulled over for a suspicion" that they cant back up and just let them go. I get its winter and your cops are bored but dont harass people. Never had this issue until recently"

You really shouldn't post that you offer bilingual services when you, in fact, do not. Or even better, honour your obligation to respect services in both Official Languages.Not respecting the fact that federal services are supposed to be available in both languages is one thing, but it's a completely different matter to have it advertised that you do (through your ENGLISH/FRANÇAIS sign) and then no provide the service. Misleading and disappointing. There is an existing francophone population in Red Deer that deserves to be shown that respect.

The cops keep bothering my ex the nabors called the cops on her because she is stressed out and he cops are now harassing her like she doesn't have enough problems the cops told her she had to have a person with her while she is stressed out or they where going to arrest her she had her phone on I could here the cop verbally assault her and wanted to incriminate her all because she is a loud person the cops told her to not be so loud so I guess the cops are Aloud to choose for you if you're loud or not she is verry loud out going fun loving mother and the cops that where at her house I herd everything so if they get called on you and you're a loud person they will take you're children and arrest you forbidden reason and the cops were yelling at her while she was crying I herd everything they had no right to be in her house or to look or touch her child this needs to stop

Lousy, weak and unprofessional. It sucks that the victim calls for an emergency and gets the bottom of the barrel cops responding instead of the good cops. If your a victim expect not to be treated as one.

During the last 10 years, you’ve been helping me a lot, whenever I need, they show up without almost no time, you guys made my life much easier. High five!

The staff are rude and way under staffed. I went there with my 1 years old baby and waited two hours to be helped. There was only two other people in front of me. Only one window open to help. Very disappointed . If you have to do anything at this station , give up your entire day.
