David was fantastic and stopped by after a busy day to help with a minor repair I couldn't figure out. Had it done quick and the price was very reasonable. We will be using him again

David is exceptional. He was able to fit in our repair the same day that I called by adding it on to the end of his previously booked workday. Exceeded expectations. He was efficient, responsive, reasonably priced, easy to deal with and did quality work. 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised that David was able to come the same day. He was very punctual and pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable and identified and repaired the problem quickly. His fees are quite reasonable. I finally found a local plumber that I feel comfortable to call again when needed. I will definitely recommend David to my friends.

We have used David for plumbing services on 2 occasions, and did a great job both times. He completed 3 repairs for us on his last visit, and the job was done quickly at an affordable price. I'm extremely happy with Baptiste Plumbing. David was recomended to me by a friend and I'm grateful to that friend. We had had a bad experience with a previous plumber so I was anxious but I soon realized everything was going to be ok now that David was on the job. He is very personable, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. David was prompt and he left my bathroom in a clean, ready to use state. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

Having read the glowing reviews of Baptiste Plumbing, I contacted David. Knowing next to nothing about plumbing, I was leery as to how this might go. My brother is a licensed plumber. Before calling Baptiste Plumbing, I had talked with my brother. He diagnosed the problem over the phone; told me how he would deal with it and what the cost would be if his company were to do a service call.When I contacted David, he told me an approximate time that he would arrive and; called again to confirm the time as he was en route. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained both the problem to me and the way he would fix it ( I like to feel informed). He provided me with a quote which was in keeping with that which my brother's company would have charged). Knowing what my brother had told me, I felt confident in both what David had explained and his cost.He went to work. He let me watch and he explained what he was doing and the reasons for it (I appreciated he showing me so I could understand). He was clear in his explanation; he was efficient and he was fair in his pricing.I found him to be very professional and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to call him when I need assistance again and; I would not hesitate to recommend him.

David was great, came within an hour of me calling, and explained our problem and provided a quick solution for a fair price. Great service!

Never met him before today! Couldn’t ask for better service, honesty, effort. It was a difficult job up high in the ceiling, hard to reach, lots of obstacles, floor joist, several water supply lines, the repair was to an old drain line in a spot that left me thinking I am going to get the word no one wants to here! It’s all done! Tear it all out. But he fixed it. Very reasonable! I said he had super man vision as most of the work he did blind! I think he’s a surgeon dressed as a plumber! Don’t call anyone else!

Have used this gentlemen’s service twice now. He has rescued me on both occasions same day. Fixed the issue quickly and as friendly as possible.100% recommend! Will use every time I need plumbing help or installations!
