Had to replace my frost free valves for my two outdoor faucets. Repair was done quick, clean and professional. I was a bit surprised at the price, but I don't know enough about how much these types of things cost to comment on it any further. Parts seem to be of good quality at least. Overall, I'm happy with the service.

After an unfortunate miscommunication with the person answering the phone, the plumber who arrived to do the work was on time, professional, pleasant, and very very helpful. I recommend this service.

I wasn't going to leave a review but they keep sending me reminders asking me to so I will repeat here what I sent to them.The plumber that came to remove and replace my faucet was excellent, did a very good job, and was very polite and knowledgeable.That being said, $494.94 including tax to remove and replace a faucet within an hour and a half is about double what I would have expected to pay. I will not be recommending you to my friends, and you will never be my first call for a plumber in the future.

We were very impressed with the customer service provided today by Shawn (of Ottawa Safari Plumbing). He was extremely polite and professional, making sure I knew about each step, pricing, and asking about our needs (which door to use, if we needed water before he turned it off, etc). My friend was over at the time and as soon as he went out to the van to get something, her first comment was, “Wow, he is so polite!”. He exudes a peaceful and kind personality, and I felt very confident in his skill set. The job looks very well done (installing a new hose tap)! I hope you and he knows how valuable he must be to the company!

This is our second time using Safari. We thought our first experience was top notch but today was even better. Sean is professional, courteous and meticulous with the work he did for us. He arrived on time and communicated with us throughout the 2 hour visit so we always knew what was being done and the associated costs. Our dogs loved him too! It can sometimes feel uncomfortable having strangers in your house to perform work. This has never been the case with Safari. They are a delight to work with.

I had a leak that went through the ceiling. They showed up on time. The plumber was very friendly and professional. He fixed the problem, tested for water leaks and gave me a 6 months warranty for the work they did. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Wow! The customer service was so bad I never made it past reception. When I tried to enquire about the cost for drain repair/cleaning, the young woman who answered the phone told me: “Once the plumber arrives he will give you a price”. When I tried to ask additional questions such as what I could expect, and if a maintenance cleaning could also be done on other drains and how much that would cost, the receptionist simply repeated the exact same reply as above; but this time, by huffing and raising her voice. This company representative was curt and borderline hostile in her tone.Although I previously used this business for a plumbing related issue, and hoped to do so again today, after my experience with Safari Plumbing, I will NEVER call them again.Nobody deserves to be treated so poorly. Shop elsewhere - there are plenty of other more reputable plumbers in the region.

Needed a P-trap installed for a new dishwasher. They came on time and it was easy to arrange. The job took 15 minutes and they charged $490 !!! They also did not clean up after themselves. Called the office to discuss the charges and was told I’d be contacted once they had a chance to speak with the plumber who did the work. Never heard back.

Called on a weekend. A friendly polite plumber arrived two hours later and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The price was fair too. Excellent service!
