The best people, the best pharmacy and awesome service! Really a great place and you know you are in good hands with pharmacist being very knowledgeable and very helpful and the rest of the staff. I have been using this pharmacy for years and today my family doctor tried to refer me to the pharmacy within their office and I declined as things are done smoothly, on time and you know there is very little room for any mistakes at Focus Drug Mart so they are very trustworthy and do a great job! Highly recommend.

I don't know how things are supposed to be run in a drugstore But I'm pretty sure people with appointments are supposed to get served 1st And I was told fizer but got Madonna instead So I'll leave it with you to decide

great store, great service. I was looking for a special product for a long time, i couldnt find it anywhere. talked to the staff and the pharmacist their helped me find it and it arrived the very next day. no one else cared to help me find the item so i appreciate the extra care

Great pharmacy! I have been using this pharmacy for at least 10 years. I will be a customer for life here. I cannot recall how many times this place has gone above and beyond for me. The owners themselves have personally delivered medications after hours in emergency situations. If youre looking for a pharmacy that actually listens and cares about your needs, stick with this place. I cannot thank these guys enough!

After being serviced by dozens of GTA based pharmacies over the past 40+ years I found this shop being the absolute bottom-of-the-barrel drug store.Error prone as well as lacking professionalism while accountability appeared to be a foreign concept to owner and staff.Try Shoppers or Walmart or any other pharmacies with qualified staff instead.This place does not even deserve a one-star rating.
