If it were possible, I’d give thema minus Star.A less than 7 year old multi city heat pumpinternal unit is having problems.For weeks our super supportive installer has tried to get the needed spare part, so fat to no avail.This brand, their advertising and claims toleading edge technology, service, commitment amd on and on, unable toprovide a spare part to keep their highend cutting edge system operating?What a sad joke.With further cold spells ahead looking fkrsome space heaters for the Christmas season.Stay clear of this brand if you consider a heat pump !My previous experience with Daikin wasfar superior

Horrible technical support. Pretty much useless for anything when you need help, Wes Rempel is a good sales man though and has helped me procure some parts that I needed.I dont like the technical support because what good is tech support that never phones you back or just all in all stops responding to you. I had better luck with the mits crew in Ontario for tech support.In my opinion a piece of equipment is only as good as its tech support. Especially when it's in regards to something as complicated as a City-Multi VRF system.As a mechanical contractor i will no longer install anything made by Mitsubishi and will advise anyone i know to do the same due to poor technical support.They only have two tech support technicians for all of BC. Please please please expand your tech support team. Your equipment is one of the best but it falls short with support and in my books that's a big hit to reliability and my desire to work on their products

the preview by Heqing Jian is completely useless!. What I found about Mitsubishi Electric in BC is that they will not deal with the individual owner, they only deal with contractors. I did not find that their customer services were of the best In dealing with some individuals over the phone. Their support desk always refer you to their web site.. so good luck in dealing with them!
