I have been seeing Lindsay for my Chronic Vestibular migraine for about a year. I find the Cranial Sacral Therapy she offers very helpful & grounding for my chronic Vertigo and I really appreciate the ease at which Lindsay integrates this with other traditional massage techniques. Lindsay is very detail oriented and always seems to know exactly the right questions to ask me to help direct my treatment. My symptoms vary greatly from day to day so I really appreciate Lindsay's flexibility and the variety of massage techniques she offers. She is also always open to my requests to adjust the treatment as my symptoms change, which is immensely helpful. Atlas Health Therapy itself has a super warm & inviting atmosphere with soft lighting and eye appealing decor. I instantly feel more relaxed as soon as I walk through the door. I suffer from extreme light sensitivity and this is one of the only settings that I don't have to wear my tinted glasses which is a real treat for my senses. I would highly recommend both Lindsay and Atlas Health Therapy.

I saw Alex Baynes, a new massage therapist at Atlas, in February 2023 for my chronic bad back. Without exaggeration, it was the best massage I've ever had - and I've had a lot. Alex had just the right combination of pressure and active release, and she had an excellent working knowledge of biomechanics. Personable, professional and excellent at her craft!

I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had with Alex Baynes here! She began the massage with what felt like a meditation, and her massaging pressure was perfect for me. Would highly recommend ☺️

I cannot recommend Atlas Health Therapy enough. I had a massage with Alex Baynes today and she was beyond fabulous! I was sitting in my office this morning and realized I was in a lot of discomfort. I did a Google search and saw that Atlas was close to my office. What a find! I was also thrilled to see that Alex had a spot available at the last minute. She was thorough with my intake and listened to the my concerns about what hurt. The clinic itself is VERY clean and the front staff are polite and kind. I have already booked another massage with Alex and an Acupuncture appointment!

My new favorite place for a therapeutic massage, they direct bill my insurance. Easy to park in the Yates st parkade and walk over.

Sight, sound, touch, smell; they're trying to impact all parts of your nervous system that needs to relax. The rooms all have elemental themes that are really stunning. I can feel a positive energy shift the moment I enter the studio. I have more chronic back issues than I care to list, and I leave every time feeling rested, relaxed, and calm. Add that to the fact that the care I recieve is the only care I've ever been given that actually fixes my chronic pain. If you're looking for the best experience and treatment, look no further.

His expertise put me at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy the session.Alex as a massage therapists was also amazing, and was able to help me open up some range of motion that has been stuck for a long time

I highly recommend Brook Paulin for everyone! He is a brilliant acupuncturist. He does much more beyond acupuncture. He uses other traditional Chinese treatment techniques which is wonderful. I visited him the first time right after I hurt my knee, and his treatment really speed up the healing. Thanks Brook and I think everyone should go to him.
