We recently bought home last year as a brand new house their floor in the living room is elevated and uneven , we have been complaining from last one year they haven’t done anything . Last time they told us they cant fix it cuz they cannot find the fault, its still under warranty… such a disappointment

This company DO NOT stand behind their product at all. I have a less than four years old home and the garage floor already looks like 20 years old with all the concrete spalling/flaking. The only reason concert will spall in newer home is the mistakes made during the concrete pouring and installation process. They do not have any respect for your hard earned money at all. I corrected so many mistakes they made when developing my basement. I do not recommend them.

My wife and I inquired about building with Pacesetter. The sales manager Kelsey was excellent to deal with! Her customer service was exceptional, she was quick to respond to e-mails and texts. She was very informative, helpful, and explained things well whenever we had questions. She was very accommodating when setting up meetings or viewings for homes. I would recommend dealing with Pacesetter.

I regard I owned my first house with them. Worst after sale service and they send you a card after 6 months and a year of moving in to your new house so you can rate them good but honestly the service you get when you actual talk to them and send them an email about so many things are wrong they deny and their trade person who says no it not going to affect you in future, well how will he/she knows and what if it does, send a qualified professional to inspect the concern, rather than just give a conclusion over the phone or email. Do not buy from them not recommended at all.

Pacesetter homes team is great and so far we have been getting very sincere & good services from them even after more than 1 year of owing our house and especially the maintainance manager Mark has been always kind and helpful. Strongly recommend this team...

Wonderful experience of buying home.I am happy that I decided to buy my first home from Pacesetter. After sales and customer service are exceptional. In case, if you have any concern they contact you and make sure issue is resolved/fixed.

When it comes to warranty work after move-in they always have excuse and will try to find the way so they don't have to do the work. My windows are leaking and have exhaust leak in basement. I have reached out many time but they don't return call or respond to the emails.

Firstly we love our new home but have had our fair share of issues within the first month. During negotiations we asked to have the “same brown fence” that others have on our street. We specifically asked for this because our neighbour has this colour already. The contract does not specify which colour so we assumed it would be the one we asked for. We assumed wrong, after we moved in we found out that we were getting a beige fence and to get the brown fence it would cost us over $700 more as it was an “upgrade”. They refused to be flexible on this even though we clearly stated the fence we wanted. Regardless, to avoid our neighbour have 2 different fences, we will be paying the extra amount.It has been one month since we moved in and have had the plumbing company 3 times, electrical company once for the broken door bell, and another worker to fix lighting. During the last visit the worker put three sizeable dents in the wall with his ladder and didn’t mention anything.House looks good though and the garage was built fast. Hoping the issues are behind us and we can begin enjoying our new home.

We recently built and moved in to our Winslow home with Pacesetter here in Regina. Overall, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. Kelsey was our sales manager who was the key to this positive experience. Given we are veteran home buyers, we came in equipped with knowledge and experience about what we would like to make this home work for our young family; however, we were still unsure about some things in the building process. Kelsey was consistently responsive to and professional and honest about all of those requests, questions, and wants throughout. She went the extra mile for us by maintaining ongoing communication that allowed us to build a wonderful working relationship which served as a foundation to build trust with the home builder.Upon possession day, I appreciated Pacesetter’s binder of all the contact information to the businesses that serviced our house should there be any issues, along with home warranty and Pacesetter’s customer care contact information. Kelsey went through everything step-by-step to make sure we knew who to contact. We had to already use it for one of our front locks, and someone was here the same day to fix it!! I hope to never use again, but I’ll be back here to comment regarding those experiences should we need them :-)

We were pleased to be supported through the whole process. Pacesetter is present for at least 2 years after possession. Pacesetter homes are very energy efficient and is affordable and a great investment. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Would definitely recommend!
