Ordered Passover items from their price list. Received NON passover items and then told it was our fault for ordering from the price list. Even though that is the price list they sent us. HORRIBLE customer service. Credit department was wonderful and helpful and did their best to resolve.

In and out in 2 hours but receiving open 7am you must have appointment and you must be on appointment time but truck line up start 6 am

$500 for a missed appt for truck bein down......these guys might as well be strapped with guns, constantly robbing all trucking companies....they make more off their deliveries coming in and throwing fines at poor people then they do selling product in the stores......biggest money scam in logistics currently, UNFI......MAKE SURE YOU TAKE TOP DOLLAR FOR ANYTHING YOU DELIVER HERE.....BUNCH OF SCAMMERS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE PANDEMIC AND DRIVER SHORTAGES CAUSING DELAYS...

Disorganized place. They dont care who checked in before you or not. Docks are tight and they load there trucks first around 7am then you get to back into one of the docks available. Some trucks did park overnight but not sure how it works.

I've had great service here, I feel valued as a customer. Many items are cheaper with UNFI then my other larger suppliers, and out of stocks are rare.

The reason why I feel 2020 had to happen this job had me moving wired like bot to my vocollect machine there was incentives which I got with flying colors during the week until I felt disrespected that nobody really knew their rights and at least every canadian citizen really got the right to know certain things why was a company like this not educating its workers on proper work acts tho ; felt like I was so mad in there the fact that I know my name is important tho peace good place for organic foods or cheap grocery but for a better review I dont know how the company is now but its 2023 n u dont have a high review something is lacking

Bad office service for shipping/receiving . Docks are made for straight trucks and they want us to back up there. A lot of chances to hit someone from there staff as they won't notice truck backing up and still would try to go from the backside. Close calls u know
