Oasis AutoCare - Oil Changes and Car Wash

Have been going there since they opened. Nick and Kate have always been amazing. Would not go anywhere else.

Went there today and had a great service, used to be a customer of Mr Lube definitely not anymore. My truck is running smoother than ever. Had intentions to change my differential oil and the tech today checked my oil and took the time to show me the oil quality that is currently there and advised me it did not changing at this time. Very impressed with the complete honesty of this establishment not trying to upsell to pad the bill and gives exactly what you want. Not once was I asked if my cabin filters need changing haha. Will definitely be a returning customer going forward and the complementary car wash is a great touch.

Friendly, efficient service. I accidently left my coffee mug behind and they cleaned that too! I highly recommend this place. 5/5

I visited Oasis on 03/17/2023 (Chevy Trax). The price was very reasonable, especially considering the free car wash. Dejonn was awesome, and very thorough, and did a great job! Not only did he offer to top up my antifreeze, he also offered to check tire pressure and test all vehicle lights. Service was quick and efficient, and I will definitely be returning. ~Brian

Affordable car wash. I've only ever been for the car wash. You can get a 10 pass for $100 taxes in. Great value

Always great service.. I often get my oil changed here.. glad I went recently as they also noticed my headlight was out & for a small price they replaced it. Peace of mind knowing most things have been looked at.

Was looking for a quick lube place ,the first place mr lube was over a dozen waiting so kept driving and came across this place which only had 3 cars ahead. Took some time to get my turn, for some reason the second car that arrived after me was more important to put everyone onto it to swap the tires. Price was good for the oil change, i confirmed with them to check my tire pressure lights and fluids. I specifically asked if they top of washer fluid which i was told yes they did top it up, i asked because i never saw them do it. Never realized when they actually changed the filter and drained the oil either but they showed me the dip stick and it was new oil on it. I went to use my washer fluid the next day and the first pull my low washer fluid light came on immediately hence this review.

We will never take ant vehicle to Oasis Auto. Buyer beware!My husband brought his vehicle to Oasis for an oil change in March 2023. At that time, the mileage was 51079 km. After the oil change, the sticker indicates that the next oil change was due at 59079 km. My husband suspected that the oil had not actually been changed as they were finished the work in about 5 or 6 minutes.When he started the vehicle yesterday, there was a message that the vehicle was 22 days overdue for an oil change, which would mean that the oil should have been changed in May, just two months after the last oil change was done. The mileage today was 57757 km and would have been even lower 22 days ago.He took the car to a different company today. They checked the oil and advised that the oil had not been changed only three months ago.After contacting Oasis and advising them of the situation, they refused to pay compensation for the oil change that was obviously not done in March.
