I've been going to Michael for just about a year. When I came to him with a terribly back sprain. Over the course of several months he helped ease alot of tension in my back from the bad strain.. and I've continued going to him ever since. Michael has magic hands that csn ease your aching muscles. He's also very knowledgeable and experienced . The location is amazing and great parking as well. If your looking for an amazing professional and experienced massage therapist go to Espen Wellness to see Michael!☆☆☆☆☆

Michael is an excellent RMT! Kind, welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Michael is very professional and amazing at what he does! I feel very fortunate to have found Espen Wellness! Had a fabulous massage with Michael! The whole experience was great right from the start with super efficient online booking and a very welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. Michael thoroughly explained the treatment process and made me feel comfortable, asked lots of questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. I felt so much better by the time I left and have already booked my next appointment. Also worth mentioning is the availability of Saturday appointments; this is hard to find and worked really well for me. Highly recommend!

Michael provides a very experienced treatment and gives excellent feedback on posture tips and possible root causes of discomfort. My shoulder and neck stiffness have intensified with increased video calls and visits to see Micheal have been necessary for a more restful sleep and reduced headaches.

I had back pain from an injury that was restricting my range of motion a great deal, which was really challenging for me as a yoga teacher. The stiffness seemed to be stuck" at that limited range. Michael worked on it thoroughly and just putting my own socks on after was amazing! He is professional

I've been dealing with a chronic knee injury for 3 years now, had my first treatment yesterday to see if this would help. Great massage and did feel some pain relief throughout the day afterwards. I booked another appointment a week from now and am hoping this route of treatment will help me resolve this issue. Very professional and comfortable space.

They offer direct billing, very friendly and open late and weekends! Michael has 24 years experienced and it certainly shows in his technique and knowledge, I walk out each time feeling amazing and the clinic is very well maintained and clean (this is my own opinion having worked in a Surgical Reprocessing and sterilization department for years, cleanliness is a huge determining factor for me). Great Service and would Recommend!
