Didn't think a 5 year old sliding doors from all weather windows" would warp in a location where they have never seen direct sunlight. Check out the black striping inside the windows becoming exposed and the gaps on the top and bottom that let freezing air in (doors were as shut as could be and locked). After reading the reviews

We had our windows replaced by All Weather Windows a few years ago. They have since gotten foggy due to broken seals. I called in January, and I had to call numerous times to get a response. When i finally did get a call returned she said they would replace the windows for $250, i said fine. She said she would call me for an appt when they were ready. I have not heard anything since and after numerous phone calls wondering what is happening, still nothing. Horrible customer service and basically what i feel to be no warranty coverage. Stay away from this company. UPDATE!! as of when this review was posted i have emailed Fay twice with my information and still have not heard from anyone. We are very upset and annoyed with this companys lack of caring for their past customers problems and definitly recommend if you are planning new windows look somewhere else.

Well initially I was very happy with the install but after the cold weather set in and condensation was in my room I had a black substance come out from the window and ruin my $600 blinds. When I tried to work with all weather Windows to get them cleaned I was told it was not their fault and I would be responsible. There's more to the story than I want to put in this review but I would not recommend All Weather Windows based on they're lack of accountability.

I have multiple windows with broken seals. When a company only has a 2 year warranty, it speaks volumes. Thanks for the response. My point exactly. I can't choose the window company the builder uses. Multiple seals in less than three years. You only stand behind your product for two years. You guys don't even trust your product..

We are very happy with our new windows from All Weather Windows. This was a pretty long process (we've replaced all of our windows in our house) and there were definitely some snags with supply chain delay, however, the product and the install are absolutely fantastic. Our installer Rob, and his team, were very easy to work with and their attention to detail went above and beyond. This could have been an arduous construction project, but we felt it wasn't very invasive and far less messy than expected. Here's hoping warranty and further support is as flawless as the install was.

Salesmanship - GoodPrice- Decent.Delivery- Average.Install- At best a handyman job.Warranty- Have to wait and see.

We had an issue with a window that was part of our back door. The replacement part was installed however over the winter we found cold air was moving from the outside into our house. Once I made contact with the company they dispatched a technician to investigate. Apparently the replacement part had been over tightened which resulted in the failure of the part. Today the technicians returned with a whole new window and trim, installed the new window in the door and completed some other minor repairs with the cladding, added some silicone, etc. and made sure we were happy with the result. Further on their way out the front door noticed that our front door needed some minor adjustments which he also completed in just a few minutes. The All Weather service people who came to our house (2 Ukrainian men) not only did a good job on the replacement part job but also improved the function of our front door. Very good service from my perspective.

I so wish I could give a good review. My mom recommended AWW to me after having some of her windows replaced and was extremely satisfied. It started out well…Ahmed the salesman was very kind and helpful when he came to see what I needed done. Because I’m in a tight financial situation, I opted to only have my deck door and family room windows replaced. The installers who came were crude and ranted about their political beliefs and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home. Unfortunately due to a miscommunication between the salesman/installers/me, they installed the opening window in the wrong place. At first I was assured it would be easy to swap the windows and make it the way the salesman and I had decided on. But once AWW received full payment from me, communication ceased and I never heard from them again. About the third time I opened the window, it broke and refused to close. Of course this happened on a Friday night, leaving my home exposed to the elements for the entire weekend. The screen door lock is also junk; I have to jimmy it with a butter knife every time I want it to lock. I have a whole house full of windows that need to be replaced, but will not be using AWW. They have lost out on a (quoted) additional $21,000 from me because of their shoddy product and lacking customer service.

We had some old windows on our home recently replaced and we were very pleased with our experience, from initial estimation to installation - they were very professional, punctual, responsive, tidy and polite. The price estimate was the price we paid. Windows were installed on schedule. Workmanship throughout was top drawer. We had one faulty support rod which the installation team noticed right away and immediately called the office to schedule a service call. The service team arrived within days and replaced the rod. We are very happy with the end product and would not hesitate to use them again for other window replacements. I am happy to recommend them, without hesitation. Thank you.

**UPDATED BELOW**AVOID THESE WINDOWS. They hide behind their vague warranty to stick it to the customer.Our home is only 6 years old and two of the All Weather Windows are bubbling and warping due to the recent heat wave. Paid over $300 to have a tech come onsite for 20min and blame our thin window coverings for trapping the heat.As you can see in the pictures, PVC is separating away from the seals and the outer frame is buckling inward. One of the faulty windows opens to let fresh air in and release any 'trapped heat' from our window blinds.All Weather Windows will not stand by their product and blames the consumers for their poorly made windows.EDIT: Added picture of window coverings that 'voided the warranty'.UPDATE: Issue was escalated to Service Manager who did not even reach out to us to resolve. We had to call her.When we finally spoke, she echoed the same warranty denial due to window coverings and BLAMED THE HOME BUILDER FOR NOT PROVIDING US THE WARRANTY INFO.This has now been escalated to the Regional Manager, Peter Bray and we have not received any response in over a week.....
