Platinum Party Bus Toronto

Last week I booked a party limo bus from Platinum. The whole experience was great. The price was competitive. The driver was courteous and showed up on time. The limo bus was in great shape and very clean. It was a hassle-free process from beginning to end. I am looking to book a bus again this year and my first choice will again be Platinum party bus. I am expecting great service and a clean bus and a courteous driver. I am confident my updated review will be the same when I hire them!

We hired them for our reception day back in Oct. They were amazing, and easy to deal with. Party bus was clean, and driver was accommodating. Would book again.

I hired this company for a brewery/winery tour. Leading up to the date, it was VERY difficult to get a hold of the company, and having to search for them isn't easy when they go by about 4 or 5 different names (watch for that) I informed them 23 days before that I would be paying by CC, however I got a call from the driver 15min before he showed up advising the the machine in the bus wasn't working, and he needed cash, I advised him that getting nearly 2k in cash on 15min noti e wasn't possible and they needed to figure something out, they did, but we were 20min late leaving.The driver didn't even get out of the bus to say hi, I had to go to the driver's side door.While he was driving he was calling me to the front to get pics sent to him of the CC so he can send it to the owner (clearly texting and driving)The bus itself was not clean, and the floor was slippery (not mopped)Honestly for the price we pd, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THEM, AND WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE FINDING SOMEONE MORE PROFESSIONAL!!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Rented bus for a children's party. We were super happy with the whole experience. Response to my request was very fast, with upfront quote. The bus was spotless, the driver was extremely profession, punctual and very courteous. Will definitely use this company again.

I loved Platinum Party Bus! We had a great time going to the game with my friends in style. Their driver was awesome, the bus was on time, clean, and best of all no one had to drive and could enjoy the day. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again!

I had a superb birthday party and one that is very memorable thanks to an evening with my friends in the party bus. Its a brilliant deal in my opinion. I had a great driver, awesome music and a lot of party drinks for me and my gang. There were 10 of us and we had an absolute blast that evening. We enjoyed the party bus so much that my friends and I have actually used the services of Platinum Party bus a few times in the last few months. Great service !

Horrible company. They neglect to provide road safe vehicles ready for service. Bus broke down prior to arriving at our first location of a round trip to Montreal and they left us stranded. Owner is a scam artist and would not negotiate any refund at all. Don't let them get away with it. Dispute your charges.

I had a great time thanks to the Platinum party Bus . My friends and I decided to call them because we heard great things about them . They arrived in time to pick me and my friends. We were all excited since this party bus looked really cool and the interiors were awesome too. The party started when we started moving towards our favorite pub in the city. The music system was brilliant and we had a lot of drinks to choose from too. I would definitely recommend their services and am sure that its a brilliant option if you are celebrating a birthday or any other special occasion. Their driver who arrived for the evening was a good guy too. Definitely recommend their services.

Unbelievably garbage service. Booked a party bus for New Years beginning of December. Never received any sort of email confirmation and was told there was no cancellation fee. 10 days before New Years I cancelled our bus due to covid restriction's and was later charged $375 for absolutely no reason. Got in contact with the individual that booked the bus for me and told me I would get a refund within 24 hours. 1 week later and no refund. Waited another week and still nothing. I was later told that there is a cancellation fee from a different individual a month after I canceled our trip however I had to tell him that one of his employees told me there isn’t. The lack of communication and customer service from this company is god awful all they do is ignore you. Whatever you do don’t book with them.
