Advanced Water Treatment

They sold me a new wet unit and the invoice clearly states as ‘softener part new’, but installed a 10 year old unit. I only came to know about it by chance when their sales guy visited for a follow up. They initially misquoted the price for the wet unit but said they would still honor it as it was a mistake on their end, but ended up installing a 10 year old unit without any communication. Now I am not even sure if the rest of unit is new, is there a way to confirm?I tried calling the sales guy who sold me the unit, but he just keeps redirecting me. There are plenty of others in the business, avoid set if you can as there is no guarantee you are getting what you are paying for.Their service technicians are great though, just terrible sales and management.Update: Brad, the owner called this morning and replaced the entire unit with a new one, he sent details from the manufacturer too confirming the same.

Mark was a pleasure to work with for our water softener, while house filter, and RO installation. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave a very detailed, user friendly demonstration of our purchase. His work was very organized, all of the tubes are neatly and expertly arranged around the unit. When he left, we felt confident about our unit and preforming the maintenance. Communication prior to the installation including the estimate was timely and in writing, there were no discrepancies. My son and I have used Advanced Water Treatment recently to install a rust mitigation filtration system and were extremely pleased with the results. The business is very professional from the people handling calls and scheduleing (Liz & Nicole) to installation (Jay & Spencer). I would definitely use Advanced again in the future for my water treatment needs.

Advance has always been great to us. We have been using them since we bought our first home, 5 years ago. Fast service, knowledgeable, on time. Mark go our well pressure tank swapped out quickly, was very professional, left the area clean, and took the time to check our system to make sure it was running properly before he left. I cannot recommend Mark and Advance enough.

I could not be more pleased with this company! Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had two companies come to the house to give us a free quote for a new water softener. One spent an hour trying to sell us a $6,500 system that we had no interest in. Advanced Water Treatment was in and out in 15 minutes with a quote for the system we actually wanted, and then installed in the same week! Shout out to Steve for coming twice in one day and for not only helping with the iron buildup in my washing machine, but for then checking and cleaning every other facuet and water source in the house! Owner Brad, with Advanced Water Treatment was once my go to. Now his business and workers have gone to complete garbage and lost the big picture on taking care of his customers. Falsifying quotes, very poor installation, pushing updates, manipulating current equipment to be pressured into buying newer. Got a quote on a fiberglass tank but during install they installed a metal one which was cheaper in price but was not changed or stated in final billing. Installer pushed on a new softener as well that didn't need to be replaced. Installer didn't connect our main feeds to the softener correctly so when it went through its re-gen at 3am it sprayed water inside my utility closet until 630, when I awoke to a water spraying sound. Also didn't connect the discharge hoses in the drain tube and was left laying outside softener to discharge on ground. Called and sent a video of the water soaking my drywall in the utility closet and Brad said he was in his way. (630am) 3pm Brad finally shows up and fixes leaking problem, but now my softener miraculous doesn't work anymore. He left a dehumidifier saying he'll be back in 5 days to pick up and replace soaked disintegrating drywall and add rpf board (August 29). Now it's the end of November and still no Brad and have mold in my utility closet. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH ADVANCED WATER TREATMENT!!!!!

We have a different water company and have been having major issues. No technicians from that other company will actually return our calls. I looked up other companies and found Advanced water treatment. I am so glad I did, I called looking for a second opinion on our setup. Jay came out and come to find out our system had not been setup properly and was not actually working. Jay fixed it and answered all of our questions. We are really happy with the customer service and technical knowledge we received from Jay and the Advanced Water. We highly recommend this company

I scheduled service for my water softener but I needed to cancel the appointment. The service representative showed at my house unannounced. The representative said they tried to call but the phone number was incorrect. He mentioned that they had new software and perhaps that was the problem.Soon after I received a message that they didn’t have any record of the email I sent. I forwarded the email to them but received no confirmation that they received it.Poor customer service is an understatement!
